Our old washer was on it's last leg, so I did my research an came across this Samsung. It had a few more options than our old one, plus it was bigger. For the options and size at this price point it was a no brainer. Hopefully it will last longer than our GE washer.

I don't feel like the clothes get a good wash. One sport shirt came out looking a little dull so I had to rewash and pretreat it. It wasn't a large load so maybe that was the problem.

We purchased the washer and dryer in June 2015. The only issue was a little vibration (out of balance) during the spin cycle. I adjusted one of the feet and the vibration went away. Clothes seem cleaner and our energy and water usage have dropped. So far, so good. I'll keep you posted.

Good brand and washer does great job cleaning. Love the top loading less stress on my joints. Quiet cycles and easy to use.

Love not having an agitator. The tub capacity for bulky comforters and blankets is fantastic. Reduces the number of loads to wash. Hardly any noise, I had to check to make sure it was running. Best washer ever.

This basic no frills washer has done an excellent job so far. I wasn't sure if not having an agitator would be an issue. Not at all. Clothes get clean an there's more room. Even enough for a comforter.

This is the first washer I have ever bought and I was told not to get the ones that didn't have the agitator, but this has blown my expectations out of the water. clothes do not tangle like I was warned, unless you wash a small load on a large cycle. It has actually gotten our dog beds back to almost new! its fantastic!!

I could not be happier with my purchase! It holds so many items. Everything comes out perfectly clean! There are so many washing choices like water temperature, type of load (many choices!) and if it's a bulky load. It's limitless but not complicated. First time I have used this type. The sales rep at the store mentioned to load it like I did in the old style washer (around the edges) and I think that's what makes it work so well. I HIGHLY recommend this washing machine!

I'm somewhat embarrassed to say that while I've been married for nearly 13 years, we've NEVER purchased a new washer or dryer. This has been a wonderful addition to our home. It fits in our apartment very well, the settings are great, and there are plenty of choices to vary the settings. The only frustrating thing I've found, and this could just be because I've been rocking it old school until now, is that I can't just change water temp or type of wash while it's filling or if it just started washing... it'll drain the whole tub and start all over. That kinda stinks. Other than than. I really love the size of this machine and the lack of a traditional agitator.

Washer is very quiet and does a great job. The song it plays when it's done is a nice, subtle reminder that the cycle is complete. Very large basin washes king sized comforter with ease.

I was a bit skeptical at first about how my new agitator-less washer would work, but I'm very pleased to have discovered it cleans quite well and I love the variety of settings offered on this washer.

I was looking for updated washing with all the latest features at a reasonable price. Well Bestbuy have save the day...this Samsung high efficiency washer does it all...you’ll love it just as well. Insulation and delivered was taken on by Best Buy techs with no hassle of me...thx

I've always been a fan of Samsung appliances and this is just another great example of why. Well built, great size and pretty fast cycles for a mid-range model. My only complaint is the chime isn't short, it's a full song. Really happy with my purchase so far.

Washer works great and is super easy to use. Would recommend to anyone.

This washer is a great price and washes clothes very well and it quiet! it gets the job done in about half the time of other washers i have used and it has a huge load capacity.

Much better than the front loader that developed a bad smell, it’s large enough to fit comforters, quiet, cleans well, perfect for what I need

it is very easy to use. my back does not hurt anymore because it is topload. very accessible when putting my laundry. a little bit noisy though but my laundry smells good because it soaks well better than a frontloader.

I am no expert on laundry machines. I bought the cheapest one I could find. Dirty clothes and soap go in, clean clothes come out. I bought the 5 year protection plan just in case I had any issues. Best buy deliverly and protection plan were cheaper than Sears.

so far had this installed for about a month and absolutely love how simple and easy this is to use. Great to have a product that functions so well with many differ options available.

Clothes are cleanest ever!! We use less detergent, save on electricity and water. There is even a song at the end of each load and it lights up like Star Wars. WOW!! I waited 2 or more years for a better price and we got it with great financing also. Our family is thrilled!!
