It is quiet, efficient, has several options in fabric type, temperature, etc. We have had it for a month now and are reasonably happy with it. A couple of times there has been residual water logging in the machine which we have had to manually drain.

This one hasn't done that. The salesperson suggested leaving the door open for 15 minutes after finishing laundry so that it can air dry. I don't if it's that or not, but it's working and no odor. Very efficient, my water bill has dropped since purchase. I would buy it again....

You can see the soap working throughout the cycle and the clothes came out extra clean ad fresh. The lg clothes aren’t as clean or fresh. The cycles on this are shorter as well. Great buy especially if you can get it on sale. It does shake it bit but wasn’t very noisey.

Love my new washer

I had a Toploader and was not sure about a front loader but I really love it. It’s easy to use and does a much larger load than my previous one. It easily does my comforter as well. My SIL loves her Samsung and I do too so far!!
