Got it to replace an aging washer that wasn't working well. At first, I was a bit skeptical because it didn't seem like it was using enough water. However after a few runs I realized it was just how the washer works and it must just be a sort of water-saving feature. It even has a cute little tune that plays when the wash is done. So far, it has been very reliable and has got my clothes clean every time.

It's washed my clothes, towels and rugs perfectly and with minimal noise during the various cycles. The size of the tub means it can tackle slightly larger loads that our old Sport Duet and the customization features allow us to tailor each load according to its contents. Excellent value for an excellent washer! Plus the end cycle tune is kinda of cute.

Love this machine. Works great looks nice. Cleans well. The only thing I don't love is the child lock. It takes more than 3 seconds to turn on and it does not automatically turn off when the load is done. Just a bit irritating to have to turn the machine back on to open it. Love everything else.

I love this washer, delivered on time, was set up in less than a half hour, easy to use, fits a ton of laundry, many washing options.

It is so quite! I'm glad it has an alarm because I'd never know when the washer was done.

After a rough time dealing with Pacific Kitchen delivery department and getting Bestbuy involved to resolve the issue, we finally have our washer dryer installed. They look very modern at a good price. The machines are working perfect. Low noise. The dryer has big capacity and works fast. Definitely recommend these 2 machines

Initially i thought the drum would be too small or I should have picked 4.5 Cu-Ft size. However, it is not noticeable at all. The price was good, although discounted during Presidents sale. I'm still very happy with the purchase, unit is very easy to install and set up. Very quite to use.

This washer is great! it’s pretty quiet, handles larger items like comforters well. also it’s not too big which is great for smaller laundry rooms or spaces. also after having it for about 5 months now I have noticed that it’s also pretty energy efficient, huge bonus for a family.
