Great first-time purchase

Samsung is a trusted brand and the washer came at a great price. I'm a "wash as needed" gal, so I don't have any harrowing tales of why this set is so great, it just is. I mostly just bought it because the end of cycle tune is so adorable.

Great machine for a busy farm

Got tough stains out the first time thru. The spin cycle is very good, most things felt like they had been in the dryer for 10 minutes before even going to the dryer.

Nice machine

I’m on my 4th attempt with installer to have machine leveled- a full load must be in machine, on high spin, before you let them leave. I love the machine but disappointed with leveling issues.

This machine performs just as Comsumer Reports said it would. I'm just a regular guy and I don't use all the options on this machine but, it does a great job. Awesome logistics Best Buy! The Samsung washer works well--it runs quieter than my previous GE front load washer that broke down recently. I'm pleased with the product!
