This product was very easy to install on my own. Once you go through the initial set up for balancing of the machine this unit is pretty much a One button operation every time I use the machine. It is also nice that it comes with an app to control this unit .

Great washer. Most cycles are fine on quick wash. Otherwise heavy duty is over an hour. Very clean clothes!

I had been piling up a lot of dirty clothes before I ordered this, so ran it practically non-stop the first couple days. Like the different cycles, and seems quite energy efficient. Also, delivery was outstanding.

This washer was purchased for my Daughter and 2 Granddaughters that needed a new washer and dryer. I have seen the performance of the washer and it is great and most of all quite during wash cycles.

Delivery and installation went well. Features are just what I wanted. I've used a few times and it is easy to select the wash cycles. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I haven't had it long enough to comment on how well it works over time.

We've had this washer less than a month, so we can't write about reliability, but it is quiet and does a good job washing a variety of clothes, sheets, and towels.

We had this machine for almost a month , it has been working good so far, it washes very clean. I usually let it spin on the low cycle since the motor is very powerful to use on the high and medium cycle.

I really like this machine clothes come out clean. I purchased my first one last year for my vacation home loved it so much that when my washing machine broke I purchased another one for my regular home.

Awesome value and easy to use. If your not handy, it’s easy as well to clean the filter on the bottom right side (like your suppose to do to every washer ever 30 days).

This washing machine has so many presets but all has manual programming. Easy to use and my clothes never smelled so fresh and clean.

The washer seems to clean clothes fine, but I rarely do a full load. I would give it 5 stars if the doors were reversible and the washer started right away, but there is a delay once you press the start button, but nothing major.

This is my first front load machine. The first thing I noticed is the tremendous capacity. I have not yet begun to fill it up completely. Very efficient on water and electrical use. Large number of cycles. Owners manual is too small and hard to read.

I purchased this unit as it was on sale along with the dryer and it was stackable. I have not had a problem with either unit and am happy with both. I feel these machines should work for a long time.

Aside from lacking a steam setting, this washer replaced my previously well used and worn model. This model came with a slightly larger capacity and should last ~10years (fingers crossed).

This washing machine is absolutely amazing!! I was LUCKY to find it 60% off 'open box' and my power company gave me a rebate for a high efficency machine...

Great Value for replacing my old LG washer. The old one broke and it was almost $600 to replace it. This one did the trick for less money and works just as good if not better

I was in need to replace my whirpool washer that would rip all clothing it washed. I was looking for something that was similar in size and shape and this fit the replacement. It works well and does not rip my clothes.

My late Grandmother bought me a top loading washer a few years ago and I dearly cherished it. When we moved into a new place and needed stackable units I was pretty devastated. To add insult to injury my parents had a front loader when I was in high school and it always seemed sub-par. It didn't clean the best and our whites would get dingy quickly. It also broke pretty regularly. You can imagine I was pretty reluctant to make the change from my sentimental top loader to the dreaded front loader. It has been almost a year and I could not be happier with my new front loader. Samsung has done a great job! Having 4 children we produce a lot of dirty laundry. Towels, bedding, clothing, car seat covers, even stuffed animals and muddy shoes! This washer handles every challenge and it does it quickly too! I love my washer!

Overall, I'm happy with the machine. It has lots of cycles (though mostly we use normal and delicate) and uses less water than a top-loader. However, the machine does develop a bit of an odor, which has long been the reputation of front-loading machines. We leave the door ajar to facilitate water evaporation. We haven't tried the self-cleaning cycle yet, so hopefully that will do the trick.

I'm very impressed with this washer.it has several cycle choices and is the quietest Ive ever seen. So glad I bought this one
