I love the quietness & functions of this washer. It seems to have balancing issues, which we can not figure out. Overall still happy with purchase after several months of use.

I really like this Samaung washer. It is very easy to use, very simple. Takes long wash period time depending on the setting but it leaves clothes clean. Yes I do recommend this item.

I am very pleased with my Samsung washer. I only need to build a pedestal to completely be sold on the front load unit. No regrets, lol.

This machine is so good i can put large loads and they all get cleaned. I do have a problem with the loud banging when in the spin cycle. but other then that it works great.

Replaced my Samsung top loader because of the recall. Love this front loader. I feel like my clothes finally get clean. I just wish the controls were on the top because I'll never stack my washing machine with my dryer.

This washer works perfectly with my dryer. It's quiet when running and my clothes are always clean. When I take my clothes out they are almost dry, which saves me drying time.

Replaced a Whirlpool Duet that repeatedly broke down, even though I had it serviced. This machine looks good, is easy to use. Good size for medium to large loads.

I love the quick wash cycle, clothes come out clean and it doesn't take long to finish about 26 minutes. Also it spins quietly so all I hear is the chime when it's done.

VERY IMPORTANT - If you install yourself - REMOVE THE SHIPPING BOLTS!!! Your washer will move across the room if you do not remove these bolts. They hold the washer drum stable during transport from the factory. I bought a Samsung Suite with Washer, Electric Dryer, Refrigerator, Gas Stove and Above the Range Microwave. I was able to get a discount from Samsung for buying the suite. I love the washer. I was sad to not get the extra rebate from ComEd for it not being Energy Efficient enough, but very happy with the washer and the dryer. I have mine stacked and that is the way to go. Buttons/Controls are easy to understand without reading the instructions. It connects to an app, which I have not done, but I will.

Unlike its dryer counter part I’ve had nothing but good things to say about this washer. Holds a lot. Don’t buy it’s dryer match. I’ve burnt out 3 coils in it already.

This was the first washer of this type (smart?) that I ever purchased. Was scared at first to venture from the tried and true, but it's definitely paid off. I've had it over a year now, and it still works great.

The washer is not as silent as they say. It does make noise, but only if you overload it with clothes. It is easy to use, it's an OK washer. It does what it does, I guess.

We needed front loading washer and dryer that stack to fit in the laundry closet. This Samsung washer is just what we needed. It cleans well and has only the features we would use.

Was delivered as expected and set up was very professional. The operating instructions were easy to follow. We've been able to complete our laundry efficiently and with great ease.

We bought this washer when ours finally gave out. We tried to match our dryer that we bought a couple months before. This washer has all the basic stuff you need and does them well.

This washer appears to have a larger amount of capacity/room than my old washer that listed a higher capacity. When I put a queen size comforter in this washer, it still has room to wash properly.

The best thing I love about this washer is the clothes comes out so clean and with very little soap being used. I use Tide which is a little expensive but with this washer it definately lasts me more than a week vs my old washer

Samsung front load washer works wonderfully. Handles large loads of work clothes or towels easy. Delicate cycle works wonderfully for dressy clothes, etc. Very satisfied with the purchase. Quality machine for decent price.

Bought this to replace an old Maytag. It has been working great in the relatively short amount of time that we have owned it so far. Time will tell if it lasts...

For the price, you cant go wrong. There are better washers out there that are more expensive, but if you're looking for an inexpensive front loader, This might be the one for you.
