After a rough time dealing with Pacific Kitchen delivery department and getting Bestbuy involved to resolve the issue, we finally have our washer dryer installed. They look very modern at a good price. The machines are working perfect. Low noise. The dryer has big capacity and works fast. Definitely recommend these 2 machines

Very quiet washer with minimal water usage. Spin cyles practially dries some items.

So this is my first front loader. a few people warned me about the issues they encountered but I pulled the trigger anyways. I have to say, I'm impressed with how it both performs and operates. The first few times I ran it, I actually had to sit and watch a complete cycle. It was simply amazing how little water it actually used and how it self balanced. clothes are clean,...great unit!

I had an LG high efficiency top load washer that didn't work. Always seemed to be straining to do even small loads. Replaced it with this amazing Samsung front load washer. No worries with uneven loads, makes doing the laundry fun. I'm amazed at how quiet it is. Samsung is doing a great job. Definitely a WINNER in my book....

Large capacity. Fits blankets or comforter very easily. Washes very well using very little soap. I like the various settings too. You can easily set the washer any type of clothing including delicates. The only thing I would wish for was the ability to change the door to open from the other direction. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Extremely quiet, fast, efficient!!! Looks good and great size. Its extremely easy to stack a dryer on top.

I absolutely love this washing machine. Pros: - quiet - has several settings for different washes, etc - clean, sleek design - cute, subtle song alert when the load is finished - has the option to add additional garments in the beginning of the wash cycle, if forgotten Cons: none, so far :)

We had a Samsung front loading washer for 9 years that we loved. The front rubber seal wore out and we decided to purchase a new machine instead of repairing it. We ordered online and the complete process was very easy. Delivery was as promised and the new machine is very quiet and efficient. I did buy an extended warranty and would recommend it for a large appliance, although we did not need it on our previous washer.

The washing machine seems to clean well and it’s pretty quiet. However, the drawback is that it takes a long time to do a load of laundry. Under the normal cycle, it takes about 60 minutes for a load of laundry, and more if doing a larger load. Also, switching to other settings such as heavy makes it over 90 minutes. Quality of the machine seems good though

This washer fits a ton of clothes/bedding inside! It gets everything very clean and is pretty quite.

I personally did not need a higher end model with more bells and whistles. I have owned this for over a month now and feel like it it works well for my needs. The 4.2 cu. ft. is not very big though comparing to other models. Again, for my needs this is perfect. I did have this and the matching dryer delivered. The deliver guys removed my old machines and patiently waited for me to clean the floor before bringing the new machines in. They hooked everything and showed me how to use the machines. They were very professional and polite. They also hauled all the packaging material away for me. So I am satisfied with the machine, the performance, and the service I received!

Samsung - 4.2 Cu. Ft. 8-cycle High-efficiency Front-loading Washer is a great product. I have been brand loyal to Samsung for my major appliances and electronics. It's very efficient and extremely gentle on my garments. Very quiet and has a few neat features you won't find included in the competitors' products for the price of this washer. Great quality and very inexpensive at the same time. Highly recommend it!

Purchased this washer and matching gas dryer a while of doing research on the products. Excellent washer, very quiet and efficient. Factory warranty is also good with a 10yr guarantee on the drive motor. Overall samsung stands out with their quality of product to price ratio. We bought this washer at Christmas, but with weekly laundry duties, I've put it through about 15 loads so far. I didn't really think that I would use all the differet settings, but I've tried to experiment with them and everything seems to come out clean. I love the bedding option as my old washer - a top loader over 20 years old - really couldn't wash my comforters well. If you've never had a front load, the first time will be an experience! I kept telling my husband that it couldn't be working as I had visions of the tub actually filling with water and being able to see the clothes slosh around. In actuality, they just seemed to be tumbling back and forth with a little water splashed over them now and then. But one of the more heavily soiled items was indeed clean when it came out. And the family still smiles when they hear the "buzzer" go off as the sound is more of a little song. The only thing I'm not sure I like is that you can't just dump the clothes in the tub and you have to make sure nothing has fallen out or getting stuck in the door before you close it. The washer is extremely quiet but the "buzzer" is quiet as well and I don't always hear it to know when the clothes are done. The four stars are simply because I don't feel like I've had the washer long enough to know whether it will be durable enough to warrant a 5 star rating.

This is the quietest washer I’ve ever had. The first time using it I couldn’t even tell if it was on or not. Uses soooo much less water than your typical older washer. Does the trick every time. Gets all the stains out. Has energy saving modes also.

Quiet. Great capacity. Clothes are cleaned to perfection.
