Quiet, easy to load. Does a good job cleaning the towels we wash.

This is the quietest washer I’ve ever had. The first time using it I couldn’t even tell if it was on or not. Uses soooo much less water than your typical older washer. Does the trick every time. Gets all the stains out. Has energy saving modes also.

It's money saving, works very quiet! Holds A lot of clothing! Easy easy to use!

Replaced a one year old Maytag washing machine that had to be repaired 4 times with this one. So far so good, it's quiet and includes all the needed features. The only thing I wish they could figure out is keeping frontloaders from smelling musty. After washing I dry the inside of the door and seal as well as keep the door open. If I don't do those steps it smells the next day.

I love the machine and features. It is a strong, big machine. Gets the job done. I bought it to replace my older one of the same model. I do a lot of laundry due to my line of work. I just don’t give it a 5 Stars because my previous one only lasted 6 years... (even though I do A LOT of laundry I expected it to last at least 10 years)

My wife and I purchased this along with the matching dryer. We upgraded from a top loader whirlpool and will never go back. I was a little skeptical about Samsung as a brand. I read the reviews from different websites and they all seemed to be overall positive. Within the 1st few loads I actually could tell a difference in how much cleaner clothes were coming out. Stains pretty much come out without the need of using any type of pre soaking stain remover. The washer also consumes a significantly less amount of detergent compared to a non H E. We have had the washer for over a month now and have done somewhere around 30+ loads and its still going strong. I suppose only time will tell how durable this washer will be, but as of now it has been more than great!

The washing machine unit is big enough for a couple of blankets. It;s very silent and since the cover is glass, I find it fun to watch the clothes go around. It is also economical because it figures out the water it needs based on the weight and the sud that you put in. Im just having a problme connecting it to my smartphone(I will call samsung soon to fix this)

I've had this washing machine for about a month. So far I've been pleasently surprised. The drum is really big (we are a family of 4 and only need to do the laundry 3 time a week now, not including bedding). I use the normal cycle mostly and it cleans well enough, take just under 1 hour. It's in the garage so we didn't really care about noise, but still, it's pretty quite.

We have bought the same machine for the past 12 years. this is the 3rd one. They start leaking at 4-5 year mark or bearings breakdown. They are easy to use. Service with best buy was also very average. They were supposed to install, then delivery team did not want to do it. Not a big deal but just annoying.

First time buyer of a front load washer and am really liking it. Meets all the basic needs -- quiet running, easy use and washes clothes well -- what more could you ask! The only slight negatives would be long wash cycles and the low to the ground loading and unloading of the machine. I know pedestals are available to raise the washers up but they seem very overpriced.

great for the price so far. had it for a little over a month with a decent amount of usage. Even got some bedding washes in and so far we have been impressed with the quality. quiet like the dryer that we got to go with it too. i was worried because this was out first front loading machine but so far, so good.

I have had this for just over a month. My clothes have never been softer. I am very happy with the amount of soap removed by the time of the final rinse. The normal cycle time at only 45 minutes cleans aggressively. Only a couple of our t-shirts have shown increased wear with this machine. The spin cycle has a moment of increased noise and vibration before quieting down at full speed to the point that I cannot hear it at all. I appreciate the simple controlls. Already used it to wash all blankets, pillows and comforter. Without the song that plays at the end of the wash I would easily forget that I was doing laundry. Front load door pinched a pillow once while opening in mid wash. I Learned a hard lesson to make sure that doesn't happen. The throw pillow was destroyed in the spin cycle but the washer did not suffer. Only Minor abrasions to the rubber seal.

Such an improvement over my twenty-year old washing machine. Easy to use with lots of room to wash bedding, and doing laundry is now much easier on my back. Also, the delicate cycle is great! My old machine was more exciting though, as I could never leave it unattended for fear of absolute mayhem being unleashed.

I bought this unit in conjunction with the matching dryer and couldn't be happier. This washer replaced an older front loading machine that I had, and from the very first load, I was sold! This machine along with it's matching dryer have cut my laundry time in half! It does the job quietly, quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy with this and the matching dryer!

This is a great washer! It cleans the clothes, has all of the types of fabric to choose from on the controls. It is very intuitive to use and has a nice signal to let you know that the cycle is done. I would recommend this washer, since it works great for my family!
