First time using it, it left marks all over my clothes

Mid washer, nothing special does the job, nothing special.

Worst customer service. My washer was supposed to be delivered Dec 24 which is on my receipt. I called and the best delivery date is Jan 14 or I can pick up on the 7th.

This is a great washer. It really gets our clothes clean. Only problem is the tub is deep so I got a grabber.

Dont buy Samsung in appliances. They should stay with phones. Had balancing issues, drain issues, spin issues. It's a bust

This washing machine has been a godsend to us. We had a bottom of the line that would leave fabric softener spots on the wet clothes. We would also have to run water down the water softener container. What a difference this Samsung makes. It has multiple settings including, deep wash, bedding/ water proof(not sure what exactly that means. I need to look that one up.) Also quick wash and the best feature... self clean. I can't wait to use that feature. It holds ALOT of clothes. Probably close to 50% more than my other one that was only a year old. We're extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend. Oh and the little song it plays at the end is a refreshing twist to the obnoxious buzzer sound!!! The 5 settings on water level is nothing I have experienced before. You can really specify how little or how large your load is. My last dryer didn't have a water setting at all and I felt like I was totally wasting so much water doing just one load. I'm curious to see what my water bill is and if this has changed it. The setting I use the most are normal and deep wash. The deep wash I use for the sheets and have started adding a laundry sanitizer to those loads. I'm extremely happy with this washing machine. It's actually a joy to use!

We have been looking to upgrade our washer for a while now and ended up buying this super quiet large capacity washer. I love that this washer has no issue with balancing. The old washer would shake like 7.0 earthquake even when it is a bit off balance. I have had zero problems with balancing even when i just theow the load in and leave. Also, this washer is super quiet and uses very little water, but my clothes have been coming out clean and fresh. The buttons and options are very straightforward and easy to use. You just turn to the cycle you want and then select your load size, water temp, and how heavily soiled your load is and then just start it up. Then you just set it and forget it.

Love my new washer and all it features a little noisy in the beginning but not so bad now. Happy I chose the one with the removable ignition clothes comes out so much cleaner

I received this amazing Washer at a very deep discount in exchange for an honest review from The Insiders. First of all, the price I paid can't be beat for a brand new washer! I absolutely love love love this washer! This washer is very easy to use. The soft close lid is an amazing feature as well. The washer is very quiet and does not shake or vibrate during the wash (vibration reduction technology, amazing!) and spin cycles like normal old bulky washers do. This washer gets our clothes super clean and they dry quickly. There are many preset cycles to choose from. I used the deep wash cycle, warm water, high water level. It also spins and balances itself at the beginning of the cycle for correct water level. At the end of the wash, the washer plays a cute melody. 1000% recommend

Washes well. Clithes coming out much cleaner. Only concern is they do come out extra wrinkled, probably due to agitating vs not.

Love it! It is so quiet and does a great job at cleaning after myself, dogs and 4 year old! Great price for a great machine.

After 2 1/2 years it stopped working. Told water inlet value is bad. The cost to fix it is around $490.00. I laughed and said to the repairman, that is almost the price of a new one! I have never had a wash machine go out until they died after 10+ years.

Great washer dryer set. Delivery was also great. Water hookups stick out a bit too far.

It was ok for a couple years, then MOLD! we noticed black flecks in the bottom of the drum, and our clothes smelled sour. We did the self clean, with bleach, no results. We took apart the bottom of the drum and it had black mold all inside. We cleaned it, but saw mold thru the holes in the bottom of the drum, We cant clean that without disassembling the machine. There's no way to stop the mold, and there's so many places for it to grow. BAD DESIGN!

Samsung is terrible. Bought this washer and it did not work. It wouldn't drain or spin. Best buy replaced it with another on model #WA54CG7105W and that one had the same problem. Returned it and went with an LG. No problems. Works great.
