Best Buy quickly came out and replaced it with a new one. Second dishwasher doesn’t clean well. Despite first rinsing dishes and following all filter cleaning maintenance procedures the attached picture is what the water standing at the bottom looks like after a cycle. This is the water doing the final rinse on my dishes.

It does not dry well, plastics are wet and stained . The mechanism that open the door stop working even though it is in the right setting . My old Bosh (10years old) was by far a better dishwasher than this. I am about to call customer support. Wish I could get my money back so I can buy a Bosh

If there was a word to describe how bad this was, I would use it! BUT THERE ISN'T ONE! Literally in this entire language, the worst word that describes this is a compliment. I just used it one month and leaked 3 times. No one helped me. I tried Samsung, Best Buy, but I can’t seem to get anyone to help me.

No true dry function, left a lot of wet dishes (using hi temp wash and sanitize wash too). Lots of spots (yes i am using rinse aid and yes i am using detergent tabs with rinse air as well). Finally the wash function is poor. Bottles not throughly clean (used sanitize function) and pots and pans still had grease. See photo attached, this is after a 2 hour wash, there is dishwasher detergent still on side of machine. Not worth the hassle, buy somehting else.

Rubber Gasket and Valves Dissolved

After two tech visits over two months, the apparent problem was found. The Upper arm rubber gasket and valves DISSOLVED and became wrinkled. Must have a bad batch of rubber in the factory. I hope next week's replacement is a different batch... but what other rubber is faulty... hmmm?

It is very easy to open. Has a lot of room inside for lots of dishes much better than the one we had. It is very quiet and our dishes are cleaned so well. I really like the utensil basket. It holds many different things other than utensils that need to be cleaned and don't get tossed all around inside. We don't have spots on our dishes nor do we need to run it more than once so that everything gets cleaned. Not as fingerprint resistant as it claims though :(

Went out 15 months after purchase. Circuit board and Control panel....Didnt bother with the 5 yr warranty fight since the panel would have been excluded. I wont buy any other Samsung appliances.

Bought this washer to be delivered and installed in my garage but it was delivered In my living room Call customer service and they wanted me to schedule the installation and to wait 5 days for them to come back and install it even though it was their mistake. Cause it clearly says installation is scheduled. On their manifest.
