We purchased the washer and dryer bundle and it get the job done. The only negative is that the set easily attract smudges.

Water frequently stands in the bottom. Dishes not dry- still have drops of water

Leaks frm front damaged cabinets not even a year old

If I could give 0 stars i would. I had seen this dishwasher in open box "excellent condition" for about 2mths. at the Metaire store. Approximately 1hr from my house. I decided to pull the trigger. When I arrived I was informed that the store had only been closed for several months & was open for only 3wks. & didn't have it. We looked on the Best Buy site & seen one about 30min. away. As advised by the sales associate I put it in my cart & checked out to make sure it would let me. When I arrived it was bubble wrapped & ready to go. When I arrived home I unwrapped it. There were dents & scratches on it, opened the door & there was broken parts in the bottom. Then I had to load it up & take it to UPS. This was a terrible experience that cost me time & money.

Packaging was fine. But opened it up and their is a big dent in the front corner

The washer has several dents in the side of it. I just picked it up today (08/14/2021) and the left side of the dryer is dented in several places.

This dishwasher is very quiet to the point you dont even know if its running or not. I have put many loads through it at this point and it has done a excellent job cleaning everything. I love the self opening feature to let out all the steam. My previoud washer would not do that which would result in wet dishes. I love the addition of the 3rd rack for large utensils. It makes it very easy to load. There are many adjustments that can be made to fit any and most dishes or pots. The hardware to secure the dishwasher was a bit flimsy and bent out of shape on me multiple times. I wish there was a bit more configuration adjustment on the bottom rack tines to allow for bigger or thicker cutting boards.

This is a big washer. Much wider and deeper than my last one, which I was not expecting. It was delivered with care and I didn't experience any problem with that. Once connected, I tested it out with a towel. This washer is made mostly for liquid detergent, as I was previously using powder but found that the detergent tray was too small for even a half scoop (I've since switched to liquid). The tray itself is easy to locate and opens/closed very easily. No problem there. Once started, the regular washing cycle takes about 1h20m, which is longer than my last machine which only took about 55m, but again, it was a smaller machine. Once you press start, or play, the door locks and takes quite a long time to get started. It sort of just sits idle for almost a minute before any water begins rushing through. Once filled, the agitator starts moving, but only completes a single 360 before changing its direction and doing another 360, incredibly slowly. I initially thought it was broken or the load was somehow too heavy, but this is how it works. Its silent because it doesnt agitate quickly or splash water around at fast speeds. Make no mistake, the clothes still get clean, it iust takes long. The spin cycle goes as fast as expected and still relatively quiet. Overall, it's bigger than it seems (I can fit a weeks' worth of clothes, a large towel, and my pillow cases before I feel like anything more would be too much. I'm not a gambler) and might surprise you at how slow it goes and how long a regular cycle takes, but it's quieter than any other washer I've owned and still cleans as well as them too. If noise and vibration are your biggesg concern, and not time, then this is the machine for you

The one absolute factor for me in purchasing a dishwasher is noise. You can't hear it unless you get real close and i mean real close. Glasses and dishes come out clean. (I use the SmartApp which I love) Very sleek and a lot of room, even with a 3rd level that we use all the time for silverware. The zone cleaning, I am not a big fan of just because I cant honestly find a purpose.

I love this Samsung Top Load Standard Washer, it is so easy to operate, with the clear lighted panel for the settings, so simple to use and understand.This washer does an excellent job of washing your laundry, and even though it is standard, it has a large basin tub that can accommodate my blankets. I love the top loading, with its clear top to see into the machine, and the musical features, to let you know when it’s done! This washer machine reminds me of the kind of laundry machines I grew up with, ( laundry made easy ) ! The washer is quieter than the last one I had, also cleans much better, I would recommend this to anyone that is looking to buy a new washing machine, with no regrets! Somethings are just better when made simple, especially when you’re an older guy as I am. I use the warm and heavy settings the most and they work very well. But all options work well.

So this is the most expensive of the units to get all the bells and whistles. They need the same unit without the 3rd rack. Pros: Sleek design QUIET Smartthings Compatible Stainless Steel Tub Buttons on the top edge of the door Auto door pop to dry when the cycle is complete More jets for more cleaning power on the lower left rack Cons: I had to remove 3rd/top rack. It is not user friendly, gets in the way of the middle rack and honestly, who wants to take the time to organize silverware? The middle drawer is adjustable but in the up position you can't fit medium sized cups or bowls and in the down position you can't put standard cutting boards in the bottom rack. 3rd rack just doesn't make that much sense. The buttons are not very touch sensitive. I have to hit buttons over and over again for them to work. There is no pre-wash cup for detergent. You're just supposed to squirt it on the door. But how much is too much? The silverware holder in the bottom rack is in two pieces, snaps into place and has built on silverware separators. Two pieces is not too bad but to pull them out you have to hold the rack down and yank them out otherwise you pull the whole rack out. While I understand the silverware separators who has the time to put silverware pieces in one by one? Also, you have to take them out one by one instead of by the handful otherwise you're yanking out the whole holder or rack. Smartthings integration is only handy for notifying you when the washing is done and I think it saves some settings. You can't use the app unless you physically turn on the dishwasher. Then the app then lets you send info to the dishwasher but what's the point when you are already in front of the dishwasher turning it on? What they really need is a way to turn on/start/stop the dishwasher remotely.

Quiet and does an excellent job. It looks great with a sleek modern front. The lower rack easily comes off track which is a bit annoying. Has a stainless interior. Love the silver wear and utensil top rack. Express wash runs 60 minutes. The other settings are even longer. The door pops open when the wash is done to help with drying.
