Had to get a new washer when the hose connections broke on my old one. Found this one as a n"out of the box" sale at Best Buy. Have not regretted the upgrade.

I'm loving my new washer! Everything comes out smelling so good and so clean and with very little soap and big loads, what a savings in time and soap expense!

This is my second Samsung washing machine, same model. I love ther products and the updates that were made are awesome. I would not buy anything but a Samsung

The user manual did a great job explaining how to use the washer. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new washer! It's also a really nice blue color.

Very good washer, doesn't leave anything to be desired from it. The only thing I'm yet to figure out is how the little door works. Really, I spent 10 seconds with the user manual, so maybe that's on me, but what I read was that if a certain light is on, you can just push the door, open and add more items. But apparently it doesn't work that way, as the machine blocked the little door 3 times I tried that. This goes out to add that you can't add items at any time in the cycle - on some times the machine doesn't allow you to open the little door.

Great Machine. Never thought I would like a front loader but this is great. Love the convenience of being able to add garmets after load has started.

I had a Toploader and it was the loudest machine I purchased this machine because it had multiple options on washing it is so quiet. I love it.

My new Samsung frontload washer and dryer pair are fantastic. I am beyond delighted with the optional settings on both units. The add an item door on the washer is a huge plus in this house. I have used it several times in the short time we have had the units. You may laugh, but my favorite feature is the music that plays when a load is done. It reminds me of an ice cream truck and is SO much more pleasant than the buzzer on my old unit.

We bought this one for about 2 months now and my wife loves it. she think the cloths are cleaner and dryer compare to our old top load washer.

waiting to see if it saves water usage. The cycle times seems to be much longer than with the top loading washing machine. The music that plays with every function is cute.

I love this washer. It is very quiet. I love the mini door feature where I can add a piece of clothes after the washer has been started.

I've washed about 10 loads so far. Seems to do a very good job, especially the stain removing cycle. The spin cycle spins at a jet engine speed so clothes come out nearly dry.

There is so much going on with this washer so much button how to wash things that is already programmed. Wish, there was instruction booklet with the order would be nice. However, I figure it out. The spin cycle really remove the water off your clothes which save you money on drying time, that is excellent. However, Best Buy do need to work on the problem solving Issues with their customers. It took four delivery schedules and numerous times from me calling to solve my own problems with many different 800 Best Buy employees.

Love this front loading washer. It has a huge capacity. Hopefully it will help lower my water bill it being a high efficiency washer.
