This Samsung washer has been great so far. I bought this to replace an LG Washer that was only 8 months old. It is a far superior product that gets my clothes clean with little effort. It is quiet and affordable. I would buy it again.

Enough room for my all of my king sized bedding. So quiet, can't even hear it when it is on high speed spin. The clothes are clean and smell great.

I switched from a top loader to this front loader and do 2 loads of wash a day minimum. I was concerned about the capacity and water usage when I was looking for a washer. With this front loader I can do 1.5 loads of what I did in mytop loader that was only .2 CF smaller. Clothes are cleaner and it uses less water. I'm adjusting to leaning down and throwing items in vs bending over and reaching in on the old machine. Our laundry room is designed so we can't use a pedestal and the door opening opening towards the left is a pain but everything is dried better and we don't have any problems with noise. The cycle times took a day to get used to but doing less loads is worth an extra 20-30 minutes. I would never go back. Love it.

I was looking for a quiet, energy efficient, front load washer because it would be by my son's bedroom. The Samsung came highly recommended by the BB sales lady and did not disappoint. Perfect capacity for my needs, quieter than all the machines I've had including top loaders (which are spose to be quieter than front loaders). I only gave it four stars because I haven't really used any of the multiple cool settings like sanitize and bedding, and for the short time I've had it. I Bought the washer dryer set plus stands and have had them for 3 months. Both are solid products. No issue.

The system runs very, very quietly which I enjoy. I don't think the Onyx color is worth an extra $100 so I went with white, which is a very nice white actually. The system cleans clothes like never before have I seen and they don't have lint, either. Clothes come out really smooth and clean. I like the high-tech look. Samsung has the worse customer service I have ever seen in my life, so that's why there is a point deduction. It's too bad, this is a great system, just wish Samsung had better support and guaranteed their products longer.

This machine has performed well thus far and I really appreciate that it is quiet since we have first floor laundry. Still learning teh machine and options but everything has been quite satisfying this far. VRT really shoed up on a heavy load of towels that was not balanced...it slowed/stopped spin, tumbled again and rebalanced the load with perfect success - so cool.

First, I'm not a professional washer reviewer so I'm going to provide my observations to this beautiful piece of machinery. It has a lot of awesome options, of which most have been untested by me. I guess I'm a little simple when it comes to washing items but everything that is has done has been great for dirty clothes. I would recommend because it's ready to last a long while and works without any problems. That's the key thing. ;)

I had looked online on a lot of reviews for a front load washer.this was going to be my 2nd one purchased, with our family expanding from 2 to 7, I needed to look for bigger one, I read the reviews on the Samsung front load washer and was convinced this one is it! I'm so happy that I have this washer now, it is so quiet, washes my clothes cleaner than my old one, and has reduced my water bill in half, I would definitely not think twice about buying this product.

This washer handles larger loads than I expected. It's quiet and does a great job at cleaning the clothes.

I am loving my new washer, but glad for Geek squad protection. I love how dry my clothes spin, only taking 30 minutes on low heat to dry! My old one was a defective machine and I had many problems after only 6 months. Samsung finally realised that it was unfixable & after many calls, repair people and a lot of frustration, finally did a buy back, because I didn't have Geek Squad. I sleep easier at night knowing that my new machine is protected.

My first front loading washer but not my first time using one. I must say I was skeptical about using less detergent as recommended because other front loaders I have used did not really seem to have the same effect of cleanliness and good smell. This one however performed pretty well but the clothes don't smell that great if you do a large load. I use the pre wash if I do a large load with a longer cycle. My towels have come out better than any washer I have ever used. The materials that make up the washer like the door and the buttons panel feel very cheap. The door is plastic, not glass and feels like it will break easily if you push on it. The spin cycle sometime takes a minute to balance and get going but usually ok. I like the quick wash feature its about half an hour and does the job pretty well. The chime that lets you know the load is done is stupid and I cannot understand why samsung chose that. If you turn it off there is no option for another chime you just won't hear anything. For the price I paid which was on sale and about $400 cheaper than regular price, I am satisfied. However I think you are over paying if you buy at full price. The quality and my experience has been good but no where near what I was expecting for my first high end front loader. I have had great experience with Maytag top loaders and I thought for sure this would be a million times better. It is better, but not mind blowing. I am using the gas dryer match not the electric and I think the gas dryer is much better. You have to run another hose to the dryer for the steam cycle but the dryer steam cycle isn't anything to write home about.

This machine is outstanding. With lots of features and options, it does a remarkable cleaning job. Huge tub can accommodate bedding with ease. Extremely quiet - even when standing right in front of it, about all you'll hear is the water filling or discharging.

All the features, very quiet...cleans great. Best washer I had, very efficient and gentle to all my clothes. Some delivery damage and install issues with the original crew. Best Buy made the corrections and brought a real pro in to make all the delivery/install fixes. Viscount and his Son made it right.

We just bought a new house and needed to add a washer/dryer. We looked at all the major brands and finally landed on these 2 due to such good reviews, and now I am one of the people writing a good review. So many wash cycles to choose from on both washer and dryer. Whisper quiet, have a very thin laundry door that I can shut and not hear both unit running at the same time. Very sleek design and look. Bottom line if you are on the fence between which brand or style to get, go SAMSUNG. Last bite my wife has used front load models in the past and didn't like the washer because it would drips water off the door when you would open it, well they have resolved that problem no more door dripping.

We really love this new washer. We are able to wash large loads in a short time. The different cycles work very well as does the pre wash and steam functions. The washer is extremely quiet (our previous front load GE brand was very loud during spin cycle). When you leave our laundry you don't even hear it running. The spin cycle works well, almost drying the clothes completely. Overall we are very pleased and you will be also.

This is the first "new" washing machine I've owned and I'm in love with it. I work in the auto industry so when i get home my clothes are close to ruined but this washer has no problem cleaning up the messes i make. Also very quiet.

I really enjoy using this washer. After two months, it is still very easy to use, washes very well and requires little soap and water (good for environment). I have no complaints and hope it keeps up the very effective work. I generally use "normal" but appreciate the choices.

My wife really enjoys having this washer. It has reduced the number of loads to do the house laundry from 5 to 2. We use less water, soap, electricity and time tending to washing clothes. The unit is quite, easy to use with plenty of selectable options and look's great in the laundry room. We've had the washer for just a few months with no issues.
