This washing machine is awesome! I love it! It's quiet and efficient. It makes washing cloths fun again. It's easy to use and I love all the different cycles to chose from! I've used almost all of them! I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to purchase a new washer!

Very large and easy to use. Washes very well. I like all the different settings. The steam cycle oN the dryer is very useful. Easy to use both and the cycles are very fast if you need a quick wash and dry. I did a lot of research and Samsung came out the best.

Love this machine. So quiet, so quick (if you need a fast wash), so customizable. I like the stand-alone extra rinse and extra spin option. Shortest wash can be done in around 25 mins. Long sanitize wash cycle available. Unlike some top load washers, this front loader has no issues with balancing out loads. Slight caution: I don't go above a mid speed spin, and even then I've found torn off zipper pulls. Now I zip up all shirts, so far so good. The digital pad, doesn't always immediately respond. So, I press again, and then it catches up and zips through the next options, past the one I wanted to choose. Not sure what the best "pressing technique" is. Hopefully this "on/off" behavior is nothing to be concerned about. Maybe you just need to be patient. I love everything else about this washer. Would I buy this machine again? Yes, and I would recommend it too.

Machine is quiet so it's nice to have the musical alarm. Haven't tried the sanitize function yet, but clothes have been coming out so clean, not sure I'll have a need for that cycle. It's amazing how little water the unit uses and still gets the job done.

I'm giving this 5 stars because the capacity and cycle options are great and I've seen no wear and tear on anything. Vibration during the spin cycle is almost negligible and I have this on the second floor of a nice, but somewhat cheaply built, home. Moreover, I often put things in garment bags (small things, delicates, things with strings or hooks) and these do not seem to throw it off balance. Although consumer reports mentions long cycle times, I find that most of the cycles I choose end up being relatively short - about 45-50 minutes. The only annoyances are learning to create your own cycles (not intuitive) and the choice of either complete silence or a very annoying song that plays every time you turn it on and loads are done. I'd prefer to have a third option of just a little beep. That said, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Ok I'm just a guy but I've used washers for 15 years ( my Mom died when I was young). I had a Maytag Neptune prior to this Samsung. This Samsung blows away the Maytag in every category. It's quiet, it's efficient; the clothes come out cleaner ( I know it's a small item for a washer), they come out drier from the spin cycle which helps in overall drying time, there's no mold around the front load door, and a nice tune plays out when's it's done. What more could you want?

We actually bought a different pair and after a week of disappointment we called BB to return and exchanged for these. On sale and slightly more but NO COMPAIRISON. Great cleaning on the washer side. Easy to set controls and QUIET. Same with the matching dryer---very quiet and extremely efficient.

I have had this washer for just about a month now. It seems to clean just as well as a traditional top load model. This replaced a 1997 Whirlpool washer. Not that there was anything wrong with it (it was still going after 17 years), but I figured it was time go to a high efficiency (HE) model. I note some reviewers (either here or in other forums) seem to state that they feel the HE washers don’t clean as well as traditional, and they end up adding water to them. That seems to defeat the whole purpose of an HE machine. I find that I am using about the same amount of detergent in the HE as I would in a traditional. So, you are of course “super concentrating” the detergent in a small amount of water, which seems to get the clothes clean. However, I have noticed that I tend to have to use the “extra rinse” feature most of the time in order to flush out all the detergent. Even with that, I’m sure I’m still using less water. I haven’t had much of a vibration or noise issue, but there is some. Granted, I have not gotten it 100% level yet either, but it is close. I have noticed that the drain pump seems a little noisy. Not sure if that is normal or not though. Occasionally there will be some water left in the detergent fill “basket”. Don’t know why, but not a big deal, just dump it out.

This washer overall is a good washer. The thing that drives me crazy is the water that sits on the inside of the rubber ring after completing a load of laundry. Even if you leave the door open, it is too much water to evaporate. After my last load, I have to go in an sop it up with a towel. Overall it does a great job of cleaning the clothes, and is pretty quiet. the clothes have not been too tangled as with my previous front loader and it cleans them in a reasonable amount of time. Haven't used all of the cycles yet, like steam, sanitize and allergy.

I'm in love with doing laundry! (I know- who's says that kind of thing?!) These are so simple to use and your washing just flys by. It may be the regular amount of time but it seems so quick. I love to use the sanitize setting for pet items. They smell great in the end. Before it never seemed like stuff was really cleaned and then you wash with this and you feel the difference! Plus it sings a happy I'm all done tune. I'm beyond thrilled with my purchase. I have done 9 pairs of jeans in one load and 8 full sized towels in another. And a king size blanket with extra room. These are definitely worth the money.

This washer is awesome and Best Buy was so very helpful setting it up and making sure it was balanced/ The washer is very quiet, clothes only dried a short time because washer does such a great job.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Washes queen comforter with room still left!!

so we had picked out this washer to purchase and install after a remodel. unfortunately, our old washer crapped out during permitting so we bit the bullet a few months earlier then expected. service at best buy was attentive and friendly and it was delivered the next day. after a weekend of washing we are really pleased with the washer. our old machine was only a 3.5 capacity, so this one seems huge at 4.5. clothes are cleaner and the steam function is pretty awesome. seems to need less detergent then our previous front loader and the clothes come out dryer. still getting use to the controls- the touch pad does seem a bit fiinicky.. sound effect are nice- plus the machine is extremely quiet while in use.

Very efficient, quiet and beautiful washing machine. My job requires to wear a uniform that gets very soiled every day and these washer takes care of that and leave it looking new.

I really enjoy all the features and how cost effective the machine is. It uses a small amount of water on all the loads, even max capacity. Love how clean the cloths are even after a long day of hunting or fishing. No presoak needed.

So much quieter then my other machine. Seems to be doing a great job. Trying to get used to all the settings. Miss my whites cycle but I am sure there is one that I can use just uses different names. So far so good. Sure I will enjoy this for years to come.

Purchased this unit after research and checking reviews of others. Glad I got this one instead of the first one I considered. This is more than large enough and functions quietly.

Haven't gotten into all of the functions yet. But the normal functions clean well. I gave it 4 stars because my last Samsung washer didn't last as long as it should have. I'm giving them another chance...... This set is performing fine thus far.

I love my new washer. It washes quickly and you can adjust it to do about any type of load. It is whisper quiet and extremely efficient. I would recommend this to anyone.

This washer holds a lot of clothes. It was easy to use the very first time. I like being able to wash my larger blankets in it.

The display in the store caught my eye and after doing some research and asking a lot of questions, this was the best fit for our family! Holds very large loads of laundry and does a great job of cleaning them
