I replaced a Fisher & Paykel Eco-Smart washer after 12 years and loved that machine. I wanted a front load and steam for freshening/sanitizing the laundry. This machine takes some getting used to after the F&P however, after learning the ideal settings for my laundry, I think it does a better job of cleaning than my old machine. The F&P has the most amazing spin cycle that got out more water, but this one comes close. The installer and my sister suggested leaving the door ajar after the load so that it could dry out (and not get moldy) - good suggestion and I'm doing that.

Upgraded finally to HE. And this washer besides using a lot less water cleans stains way better. And super quiet.

Love this washer. Compared to a top loader this wisher is much quieter. To be honest I think this gets the cloths cleaner than my top loader ever did.

Great product, silent, quick and efficient. Just make sure you have enough space, mine nearly didn't fit.

Very nice nice machine,quieter than our last Samsung machine,good cleaning quality. Be sure and purchase a 5 year extended warranty and plan on renewing it before it expires,the bearings in the drum failed on our first Samsung front load after 5 years and three months,we liked the machine well enough to buy another one.

Great washer for the price and very easy to used. The load capacity is great for my queen size bedspread.

The Samsung 4.5 cu.ft washer is quiet and easy to use. Gives a large load capacity. We had a top load previous to this, but feel the front load washes better.

We bought a w/d combo at Best buy. We are very pleased with both the washer and dryer. The capacity is more than enough for us. Be careful and ensure you have enough floor space to put them in your laundry room. they are large machines. Also, the doors are NOT reversible so make sure that you can put them next to each other in such a way that you can open both the washer and dryer doors and easily move clothes between the two. If you don't you'll have to close one hold the wet clothes while you open the other door. They do a great job cleaning and drying the clothes!

I love my Samsug washer!! It truly does get my clothes clean. It also large enough to handle my king size comforter. It nice & quite during the wash cycle, however, during the spin cycle it does make a little noise but for me it hardly anything! I highly recommend it!

My Samsung washer (WF45H6300A) and dryer (DV45H6300) are a great buy. The dryer made minimum noise and both are very easy to operate.

Very quiet and easy to use. Big capacity and great features. Only downside was that the door is not reversible and we got it on the wrong side.

A modern machine with all the necessary options. Eaasy to operate and highly effiecent.

This washing machine has a large selection of settings, but falls short in multiple areas. The door is not reversible making maneuvering the clothes from the washer to the dryer a challenge. the cabinet size of any of the front loading washers is to large, it makes the people who love the front loading type washer make hard decisions due to limited laundry room space (not everyone has a room built for these units). not the cleaning front - My wife had a stain on a blouse and it took 2 tries and then a pretreating with bleach before the 3rd wash to clean it. Tthe washer either would not allow the use of cold water unless it went to approx. 121 minutes and she did not want to use hot water or steam. Also when the mashine finishes its wash cycle and shuts off, you cannot turn on the interior light unless you power it back up. we added the pedestals and now my wife, bing around 5'4'' cannot reach the wall cabinets over the washer and dryer, back to the large cabinet size. we had a set of May-tag Neptunes for 13 years before buying this set. Those had stain removal cycle and did, in some if not many cases a better job than this Samsung set.

This is our second Samsung HE Front Load Washing Machine of this exact same model. This one is replacing our first one that was delivered in June and started leaking in November. It took over a month for Samsung to get it together since there are "no service personnel in our area" they refunded us what we paid and we had to go re-buy the machine. The machine works great, it's very gentle on your clothes and you use a whole lot less soap and water. And, no matter what anyone says, do not use those soap pods! They usually end up as a glob of goo on the window of the machine leaving them only partially dissolved, which means half of that stuff is on your clean clothes when the load is done!

Replaced a 5 year old Kenmore with this washer and have noticed cleaner cloths and softer clothes since using it. Best buy installed the washer and dryer together. All went well but they didn't level the dryer not real happy with that. My wife was there and didn't see it or we would have said something.

Absolutely in love with this washer. Great variety of cycles, fits my king sized comforter and easy to use.

You may find good washes in the market today but never like this one. It is quite and wash great and fast
