Works beautifully, and quietly. Only problem I had was the installation. The installers forgot to remove the shipping bolts. This caused the washer to be imbalanced and jumped all over the floor. Make sure the installers finish correctly.

My 10 year old washer stopped draining so off to Best Buy we went! I knew what I wanted when I walked in and walked out 30min later with my new washer. It cleans amazingly, and has all the bells and whistle I wanted.

Bought this on Labor Day appliance sale! Very happy! Tons of features and much better price point than the size above this one. Does all the same things just smaller capacity which is completely fine for my needs.

My brother recently purchased this model and recommended it. Great price on holiday sale, plus got to use accumulated best buy points! Installed ok, but first use resulted in violent shaking during spin cycle. Techs came out to level, but couldn't stay for spin cycle. Again, violent shaking. Next time techs came leveled and stayed for spin. Working fine nice.

Great washer, tons of options too choose from. The quick load option is great if you don't have time to do a regular wash. I also enjoy the little songs it plays after its done! The only problem is that the door takes a little force to close, sometimes I feel like I'm doing it to hard, but it's a very durable, quiet machine!

30 days in and no issues, no problems. The capacity is the main benefit for us. We put in a queen size comforter with no problem! We have used quite a bit of the different cycles, and all seem to work great. We have not yet had a need to use the steam. This is our first front loader, so it was a bit of a change. But very happy so far.

The machine works well and I have no complaints. The run cycle is adjusted for the specific load. The machine is super quite. There is a rumble when the machine goes into spin but I think that the installers did not level the machine when installing it. I would insist on the installers leveling the machine properly before they leave.

We were looking for a washer with the steam washing. The clothes seemed much cleaner with the steam cleaning. Bad thing was that the cycle takes about 3 hours with extra rinse and spin. Still love it though

Being a mom of 8, you can imagine that the clothes like up quickly. This washer makes my job so much easier... Larger wash capacity makes for fewer loads and my clothes come out clean the first wash.. It spins the clothes drier so takes less drying time.

Love the features and could not beat the price. It has worked good for my family so far but the last front load washer we had only lasted for 5 years so I hope this one surpasses the old one by at least 2 more years.

I am really enjoying this new washing machine! The spin cycle is so good that the clothes are really quick to dry. I had an old Samsung set for many years before deciding to upgrade and I can't say enough good things about this washer!

First time homeowners -- we had a good experience with some Maytag units but narrowed down our search based on Consumer Reports. If you filter properly, you'll find that Samsung has some of the best machines for your washing dollar. Other than the bizarre song when it's done, this thing will put a hurt on your household dirt; I do auto detailing and we run and bike pretty religiously, so we give our machine a great workout. So far, it appears that this machine plus the cold or warm cycle will remove just about anything I throw at it (sweat, car wax etc). Buy with confidence.

Overall very happy with it. Cleans well and is surprisingly quiet. Only negative I can think of is all of the options that I will likely never use. I will likely only use half or so of them, but I guess they are there in case. Side note if you are at all handy I would install this yourself and save the $40 or so that best buy wants you to pay for the stainless steel hoses that you apparently have to purchase to get them to install the washing machine. It comes with rubber hoses that work perfectly fine so...

Have run about 50 loads since purchasing. Have used a variety of settings and machine performed very well. Installer warned me about keeping door open between loads to prevent mold buildup. Overall I have been very happy.

This is our second Samsung; it replaced an 8 year old model that leaked. This washes clothes well, but the cycle times are long. Our hope is that we won't have the same issues with this one that we had with our previous model. I would say it is a bit expensive, but highly rated washers aren't cheap

With 13 different cycles I can't ask for more since I don't use all of them :) Coming to washing clothes, its doing a great job and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good washing machine.

I did all the research and found this one or the larger capacity size was great for king comforters. I would recommend the larger drum to wash the big comforters especially if it is a thick blanket. Very pleased but was hoping for it to be soundproof. Not so. The washer does spin towels out to almost dry that is GREAT!

Nice machine. It's very easy and straight forward to use. It's a very quiet machine. Washes very well. Nice quality product.

Washing machine runs very quiet. My only complaint is the sales person at Best Buy informed us we would be able to order the washer machine with the door opening from the other side thing it was not that way.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase of this Samsung washer. It is very quiet to operate. My laundry comes out much nicer. And I can wash all of my bedding, including the comforters right at home now. Nice.
