These look beautiful, work great and are packed with options. I would have given them five stars but the manuals that come with them are awful. Tons of features and no explanation on how to use them. So they seem to be a waste of money st this point. The capcity seems smaller than on our old Whirlpool Duet. I have to make my wash loads a little smaller, but it isn’t a huge inconvenience. Best Buy’s employees were wonderful and very helpful when one of the pedestals arrived damaged. I would buy from Best Buy again but I think I still prefer my old Whirlpool Duet set that lasted 18 years!

It was great until it got to the first recommended self-clean cycle. Since then, it frequently goes into the SUD error state (washer detects excess suds and keeps pausing the cycle to let the suds decrease). I have not changed the way that I wash the clothes or the amount of detergent I use, so not sure why this is happening. Other than that, the washer cleans very well. I love the the steam setting for whites, as it cleans baseball pants with no scrubbing necessary.

The tones/sounds are similar to a luxury car experience. The machine operates quietly, efficiently and most of all CLEANS YOUR CLOTHES!

Great system. Lots of room for big load, like a king comforter. Great to have a door to add what I forgot to add.

I bought this to address the pandemic concerns. The steam function and the size of the drum have been the main feature for me. I can wash large blankets and steam items and sanitize items as soon as I come from outdoors for safety. It is very quiet and washing very well. I would recommend this washer to anyone. The smart function is also a major upgrade for me. I can control the washer from my smartphone even when I'm not home. Love this washer.

Very happy with this purchase so far! This washer replaces a top load from another company beginning with M that needed to be replaced after only eighteen months and multiple repairs. After that experience, I decided to go with a front load and picked this one after reading all the reviews of comparable models. So far, I can say that the Samsung actually cleans clothes MUCH better my previous top load. It's very quiet. I did not buy the pedestal and I don't have a problem reaching all the way to the back to retrieve items. I have not quite figured out all of the different cycles yet, but I really like the addition of the steam settings. I've been able to get what I thought was permanent discoloration out of an old dog bed AND I've found that it doesn't beat up your laundry like my old top load did. Even with the AddWash door, just propping the main door open a couple of inches for a few hours after a load is sufficient to air dry - no residual moisture issues. I am very pleased so far!

I was very hesitant in purchasing a front loading washing machine considering the problems we had with the brand new units our apt complex provided. We did our research and decided on the Samsung Washer/Dryer pair. This washing machine is AMAZING! I love all of the different was settings and the smart feature. We purchased The device that allows both our washer and dryer to become connected to our wifi and keep us informed on laundry day. The mini door, for adding pieces once the machine has started is another wonderful feature too!

I bought the machine out of box. It did not come with manual or instructions. I took machine home and hooked it up and tested my first load. Everything was perfect until it went into spin cycle. It started bucking and dancing all across my floor. It damaged my floor. I was never informed about the 4 shipping pins on the back of the machine which needed to be removed before use. The machine works great without them. I just hope my BRAND NEW washer wasn't damaged in the process

I bought this washer & dryer set a month ago and it has made laundry a little more exciting. This is my first front loading washing machine. I bought this model for the door that you can open and add a last minute item which is very handy and I have used. My only complaint at the moment is the machine is much louder and takes a long time to run a normal cycle compared to my last whirlpool top loader, but overall it cleans well and all the options are awesome.

I have owned a Samsung washer and dryer for the last 10 years . I absolutely love them. But when My washer Finally came to an end at 10 years old I purchased another Samsung. I just love it. I also love the add a piece of wash feature because it never fails I always end up dropping something going down the steps. I highly recommend this brand

This washing machine is great. It's easy to use, quiet, and gets our clothes clean. As a recently single guy ease of use is important.

Replaced my 11 year old Samsung washer and dryer with another Samsung set as they are super reliable. These do not disappoint as well! I opted for the stackable set and while I like them stacked they do tend to shake just a little more then my old set (maybe to be expected ) That said that’s really the only thing that has bothered me at all. Lots of washing options and the efficiency of the quick wash is awesome! Highly recommended!!

this is easy to use and handles very well. even when my wife overloads the machine it can take it.

This was a great purchase and upgrade from my older model Samsung front loader. I love this set even more than the first set.
