I purchased this washing machine to replace one which was not too old, but no longer worked properly. My old machine had an agitator inside. This new one does not have an agitator inside, which leaves a lot of room for clothes. I really like the large space, and the fact that the machine weighs the clothes to determine how much water is needed. It works very well so far.

I was very pleased with the purchase of my new Samsung washing machine. Leaps and bounds over my 10 year old washing machine.

So far so good with the washer. I enjoy the jingle when you turn it on and when its done. It seems quiet, and does the job.

The dryer has been working perfectly. Have a large family and do many loads of wash. Dries clothes quickly and efficiently

I had to be dragged kicking into buying a new washer, my old reliable bit the dust. There were no reviews because this was a new model. I like the top loader. It gets my clothes clean. It has all the functions I wanted, extra rinse, no tall agitator. I was already using an HE detergent so no problems. I'm still getting used to this machine. The only thing I find odd is that is starts moving back and forth one way a spin and back the other way before adding water for up to 5 minutes. Weird. I thought something was preventing the water from coming in - my clothes ended up in a bunch on one side of the machine. It eventually straightens out once the water gets in. I've seen front loaders do that, but see no purpose in that action in a top loader. Oh well, clean clothes, deep tub (my other one was bigger) but this one holds plenty. The person I talked to at customer service was great. The chat conversations didn't work. I had the model # but the chat agents wanted a number from the back of a machine that had already been installed.

The machine tends to get off balance error often, but it’s sitting flat and every time we add one pillow it stops. Other than that it’s very nice

I have only had my new Samsung washer for about a month, but I absolutely love it so far! So much more convenient to use than my prior front loader and it washes clothes much better! I highly recommend Samsung appliances. I also have a Samsung refigerator that I purchased about six months ago. It is great!

I love my new washer, it even plays a little tune when it is complete. It does seem to get off balance easily though.

It is so quiet! Great value for the price. My favorite feature is the end of cycle sound; it is such a pretty tune.

I had to purchase this machine under stress. My old machine died and I had clothes in it when this happened. I had used my daughters Samsung and decided that was the brand to check into. This machine adjusts to the load without me changing the settings. The clothes come out super clean and it is very quiet.

My old washer started leaking and I needed a new washer fast. I didn't want to spend a lot and this washer seemed like it had a lot of features for a low price. It may not have as many cycles as some of the more expensive washers but it cleans our clothes fine. I have no complaints - only compliments for this product

Intuitive and easy to use. Sometimes I think it takes a little longer for a cycle than I think it should. Wish it had a "towels" cycle.

Machine does all the work. It selects water level and keeps load from becoming unbalanced. It's also very quiet.

Great load capacity and clothes are clean A++++ great delivery team on time and quick installation. Definitely won't go any where else
