Got a open box special. Would I spend a 1000 on a washer? No but this bad boy works great , and it has a hug capacity.

Very happy with this washer and dryer. There's a multitude of cycles on each. Both are pretty quiet.

We've had this washer for a few months now and continue to be very happy with it. It is considerably quieter than our previous, roughly seven year old washer and the technology has come a long way. This has a ton of adjustable settings and the "add an item" door has come in handy many times. The set looks very nice and has cranked out very clean laundry with no re-washing of any stained items necessary (so far). Highly recommend

I purchased this as on open box item. So far no problems with this. works great and does what it should.

Great washer with two concerns. The dimensions did not include the bubble doors which caused a minor and temporary problem for me. I have to get the laundry room door reversed for the door to close and for the pedestal to be useable. Secondly, the type of detergent to use is not completely clear. Pods should not be used at all, which I found out after calling customer service.

Have had the Samsung washer for a couple months now and so far so good. Interesting new Technology for washing which is far advanced from our older washer with the Clothes Beating approach, aka The Agitator. Uses a lot less water and less movement of the drum has to spell much lower costs of washing, and when, I am sure, coupled with the fact it will have much less wear and tear on clothes it provides substantial savings. What my family loves about the washer is it is cool to use, even our young son has taken to washing clothes just to operate the machine. It is much quieter and far less floor pounding when in spin cycles. When the clothes are finished washing they come out almost dry in many cases due to the spin cycle. We hang our clothes to dry and amazingly they are dry in a fraction of the time compared to the older machine. Now if it will last as long as our previous model which is 20 years old and still operates they will be nice.

Not loud works good I would recommend this to anyone
