4.5 isn’t the size I wanted, but I fell in love with this washer when I saw it. I needed something bigger for my family size, but I’m still happy with my purchase.

This washer is such a huge improvement over our old washer. Plenty of room for big loads plus very quiet. Would buy again!

This has been a great washer. My wife really likes the add-a-wash feature. If there is one thing to be aware of, you need to be sure the add-a-wash door is fully closed otherwise you may receive an error.

We love this, super cool and less noice. Great product from Samsung. But, it’s not detecting the mobile app, that smart option. Anyway I’m not bothered.

I bought this for my brother who has no kids and wish I had it since I have 4 kids. Love the feature of the small door to throw things in you forgot

Good looking washer, works like a champ! It has many washing settings, and, has the ability to be controlled by an app. However, you have to pay almost $70 for the WiFi device that plugs into the dryer.

There is nothing like the smell of truly fresh and clean clothes. This washer has more than impressed by its quality clean, and amount of settings for all different fabric types and bedding. Worth every penny!

Had to replace my dryer decided to replace instead due to repair costs. Ended up buying the matching washer as well. Hate it didn't have the interior light like my old one. LIke the additional washing options like athletic wear.

Bought this for my new home and am pleased by how quiet and capable this washer is. Paired with the dryer I bought, I am enjoying the combo.

No more going to the laundromat! I can wash different size loads and my comforters. The different cycles allow all your needs to be met when washing no matter what activities you do.

I'm upgrading from the 2012 pro and love the butterfly keyboard on this and the fact that even though the screen is .3 less than the 2012 model the screen feels bigger and the display is flawless

So far so hood purchased washer and dryer set last october. Cleans and dries well! And has plenty of cycle options and presets and an ability for you to set and set yr options.

This is the upgrade from the washer I lost in Harvey. I love the new changes, including the door within the door to add items after the wash is started. Also love the new "tap cold" option.

This is our 3rd front loader. It is quick, uses cold water, on many cycles, (or wash temperature can be changed), and still washes very well. Quiet, except when filling with water. Many different options to choose from. Clothes are washed well, and the spin works well.

This washing machine has a convenient design if you forget a piece of cloth like a shirt ,a pant or maybe a pair of socks, is really convenient for forgetting people like me.
