Did several loads an no issues at all. Installed them myself and leveled everything. Got them at such a great price even with the 5 year geek squad protection it was still less expensive for many other sets from other retailers and they perform perfectly. Hopefully they last many years. We decided to not spend several hundred dollars more and get the pedestals as we are remodeling the laundry room and we are going to create a platform under them and tile the floors, platform and walls.

They hauled away the old one as I paid them too and they made sure not to damage any of my home while taking away the old one and installing the new one. They went over use of the new washer and were very efficient! They even cleaned off the face of my washer and double checked many times that I was happy with the service provided.

I am also NOT a fan that every couple of weeks it forces itself into Self-Clean mode which takes 4 hours to complete and a ton of water!!! I would save your money and get a hotpoint for half the money.

We understand how you feel about the washer's weight and the Self-Clean feature. Let us help.
After every 40 cycles, the Self-Clean icon appears for an hour and then turns off automatically. The icon will appear for five more cycles, turn off, and will not appear for another 40 cycles.
You may refer to page 40 of the user manual for more details about the Self-Clean feature.
