Samsung is a brand name I like . Excellent, quality, same review as the dryer. The size for the washer is perfect for a family of five. It also gives a tune when the cycle is done. But if your not tall enough it’s probably hard to reach in and remove clothes

Im still getting use to not having the adjetator but the machine is quiet and gets the job done.

I’ve never had a washer that has a spot for the softener, now I’ll never forget it. I like how it plays a tune when the cycle is complete, love it!

It sings! It sings a little song when the load is complete. It makes me so happy. As far as the actual performance - I give it an A! The quick wash function has been super useful on nights that I work late and need to get a quick load in before bed. The only thing that I'm still getting used to is it locks when you start the load and there is a bit of a delay to get it started. I know its more than likely intentional - I just need to get used to it.

Huge improvement over last washer (4 year old Whirlpool) which jumped all over during the spin cycle. Clothes are clean and fairly dry at the end of a cycle with this Samsung. Only missing a spin only option.

Absolutely love my new Samsung washer and dryer from Best Buy. Theyre easy to operate and the top loader holds a lot, including bulky clothes, rugs and blankets. Delivery was earlier than expected. There was a hitch in the set up but a different crew came back out and had it up and running in no time!

Seems to be very good washing machine, works very well, large capacity with so many cycle options, and looks great in my laundry room, I really like it and would recommend purchasing, Conner was very nice when helping me ordered it, arrived as expected and delivery guys were great! Really great price too. Thanks Best Buy!

Get this washer its worth it. I like that it hold alot of clothes and noiseless.you can set it to multiple settings and its self cleaning. If you want a really good washer then Samsung is the best choice.

Had this for 1 1/2 years without issue. It cleans clothes well and without beating them up (no impeller). The spin cycle is excellent for ensuring all the water is sucked out of the clothes - this helps cut drying time. It does ask you to do the auto-clean after about 6 washes (manual says 20), but you don't have to if it's not convenient. Holds a queensize comforter just fine, too!

So far so good! Bonus it plays music when it’s done! Love it! Serves it purpose

Great machine works really well just be careful when washing clothes not to use higher levels of water when there’s not a lot clothes might we stack on the drying part

What a great purchase, I've been using it for a week now. This Samsung washing machine I bought at Best Buy is truly amazing to use. The buttkns are so easg to understand and operate. It cleans my clithes so well and even has a self b leaning feature.The materials it's made of seem to be very rust resistant as well.

Was installed by Best Buy. Installer tried running it without turning the water on. We spent the next 20 minutes blindly hitting buttons with nothing working. He told me that Best Buy clearly sent me a dud washer and that we’d have to wait another week to receive a different washer. Said it clearly had a bad computer module. In the middle of explaining to me how to make a return online the washer rose from the dead and started working on its own like a specter. We ran a test cycle and he changed his tune about the washer and said it just must have been cold from being on the delivery truck... So after coming from a broken washer, this was not the start I was hoping for. But we’ve ran multiple loads since and it’s been working phenomenally since they left. A nice upgrade from our 3.2 washer. This ones spin cycle leaves the clothes so dry that our drying time has been cut nearly in half.

So far so good. This is my second washer of this model, we replaced the washer at our old house and then moved and needed to buy a new set for the new house so I decided to get this one again because it worked well for the few months that I used it at the previous home. I like all of the setting options, it runs pretty quiet, and I always know when it’s done since it plays a really long song at the end. I don’t really have any complaints, seems to clean clothes well.

Decent set ! Simple to use and it also provides a lot of space

This washing machine is amazing! The capacity is incredible. I love love love the spin cycle! It gets the clothes so dry right before putting them into the dryer. Highly recommend.
