Awesome Samsung Washer

The capacity is enormous and my clothes come out very clean. The washer is quiet and I absolutely love the water jet that lets me treat stains right inside the machine.

The pre-treatment sprayer is a great feature. The only issue I have is the softner & detergent leak out of the compartment they're poured in to prior to when they should be and have stained some items. However, we add the liquids and begin the cycle and once filled with water partly, we add clothes. That's frustrating, but everything else is greata

It’s a little bit louder than I had expected. The only negative thing I’ve encountered so far is when washing a rug or anything heavy when wet is you must load it in there where the weight is equally distributed or it will pause & say uneven load. Other than that it’s working perfectly.

Just make sure you keep your loads on the smaller sides because they can get over balanced at times. My last washer and dryer lasted 8 years. I definitely recommend these sets!
