We bought this 11 months ago and it just broke down well the washer completely dedtroyed. Called samsumg it said it was a manufactured thing and we getting a replacement but i would recommend other people to stay with Lg brand. Or some else.

most washer dryer combos come in white so im really happy with this one coming in all black definitely a source of joy when doing laundry

Alex is a very knowledgeable and professional delivery person. He had to make 2 visits to our home. One He let us know that our gas line needed to be updated, and the 2nd visit to complete the job.

Dryer stopped working after a month, the screen states its drying but the drum isnt doing anything. I paid for the Geek squad protection for 5 years and they said they couldnt help or tried to help because it was still hnder warranty, so why did I pay for Geek squad protection. Samsung hired a third party technician that doesnt seem to want to help. DO NOT BUY, and dont buy any protection its useless.

Bad experience, customer service is suck. The installation team came 3 times and finally says its not fit. I was there without washer and dryer for 3 weeks, due to this.
