The picture quality is ok. The smart tv program is very laggy. Great for gaming though.

I always buy Samsung TV's, I now own 3 of them. I sold one of my older Samsung's to a guy I work with, it's now 9 years old and he says it's still working strong. No complaints will always buy them, no matter what Samsung for life here.

The tv met and exceeded my expectations. The color on this particular model is outstanding. Setup instructions assume you know what you're doing which was pretty frustrating; but we still got it figured out without too much difficulty.

Overall, it is a good choice. The sound is better than other brands. I was a bit disappointed with the skin tone and the "washed off" appearance on some stations. I don't consider it a "value" buy considering many lower price options available.

The man that helped us was super. He showed us several TVs in our size range. When we selected one he showed us the cable needed and an inexpensive mounting bracket. He even offered to help load our purchases into the car.

For my mom, her TV suddenly stopped working an hour before her TV show, I drove to the nearby Best buy, got great service, was back to her house and had the TV set up and her show on in an hour! Easy to set up, easy to use!

Bought to replace a television for the kids. HD input is good for price point. Read other reviews prior to purchase but we were not after bells and whistles so ignored. We did, however, purchase with extended warranty for sound mind. If still on fence, go see a demo in store prior to purchase.

Been looking for a TV to utilize as a means of communicating activities and menus for our clients at a assisted living facility. By utilizing televisions to cycle through, give the client ability to see what's going on at a glance.

TV is nice but feel all TV's should now come standard as Smart TV's.

Bought this the day after thanksgiving. Used it and a black line started showing up. Took it back (thought we got a fluke) got the new one home and about 3 days later the black line showed up again. Took it back and thankfully we were under the "Christmas" return date and got our money back and bought a Sony 40".

Wanted an extra tv in about the $300 range for the bedroom. Found exactly what I was looking for; nothing extra special or oversized, just a tv. Samsung has a solid record of producing displays that will last.

Needed a basic samsung 1080 tv, talked to a very helpful associate in your store and found this one.

I am disappointed with the overall transaction from Best Buy. I ordered the 2year warranty along with the television. I have not received that information. I did not receive an email or a hard copy. If you can manage to ship a television in 3days, why not the warranty info I paid for?

bought this to replace a tv i bought at sears in august which had problems right from the start, with the sound. this looked like a good buy, and the reiews i read were positive. so far, so good with this one. salesman was knowledgeable and extremely friendly and the buy went quickly.

looking to upgrade my grandaughters "media room" in my house I looked for a brand where the remote would also be used for the same brand blu ray player and be affordable. She is quite happy with this one

I bought this TV as a Christmas gift for my husband to use in the garage. He spends a lot of time working on his Hot Rods in the garage. He has heat and now a TV, to watch while he spends time with his hobby.

Just moved into the area, Menifee is growing! Nice to know Best Buy is here, open & ready for service. We love Samsung LED HDTV quality, clarity, & sound. Now we can listen to news & other programs as we unpack.

Wife and I went in to look at tv's and looked at several before deciding on this Samsung. Smart tv's are nice but just not enough video services yet to justify one when I can just hook up my iPhone instead.

We had issues with The first one of the same model- picture kept blinking/flashing after a few months of use. We were able to return it to Best Buy for a new one of the same model so far so good - picture is very good!
