Love Samsung!

We have had an excellent experience with our old Samsung tvs and with this new Samsung tv. Best Buy helped me purchase and load this in my car in 10 minutes flat before closing one night - excellent service!

Good tv until the screen fails.

Last week while watching hbo the back of the tv made a popping sound and spider web like crack appeared on the screen. Samsung sent some samsung affiliated repair person over but he did not even open up the tv to see if there were any circuit issues. Instead he gave a prefunctory look at the screen and incorrectly concluded that there was physical damage. I tried to contact samsung but their customer service chat windows were glitchy, and kept crashing. I am trying to get them to exchange this model but customer service is not very helpful. I should have just paid the extra money and bought the sony like the best buy sales person advised me to. They had mentioned that I should get the extra care because these samsung tvs have a higher rate of returns and quality problems. I should have listened to the sales people.

Great Quality TV for a Great Price

I didn't really need a premium TV, but after some research and price comparisons I chose this set. It was within my price range and on sale. All that said, this is a great introductory 4K television.
