Great picture and easy to set up. Everything was automated and the remote was easy to use. Everything on the screen is so lifelike and that, I believe, is the best reason for purchasing it.

Set up was nearly effortless. Picture is very pleasing. WiFi works well. I am very happy with the TV so far. In fact, I like it so much that I purchased a smaller Samsung Smart HDTV for my bedroom

I replaced an old 36” tv with this 40” UHD Samsung 4K tv. Happy with with the picture and ease of use.

Love this unit. Has great definition, color, and sound. Reasonably priced for size and options. The only issue is that the remote buttons do not light up or glow. Lots of buttons to fumble around with when lighting is low.

This television is an excellent purchase. Easy to setup. Easy to use the smart tv functions so I can watch Amazon Prime and Netflix on it. The colors and picture are rich and clear.

I picked this TV out because it's 4K and also has Smart Features. The picture quality is simply amazing and connected to both my DirecTV and PS4 delivers top-notch viewing excitement.

Loved it!! Baught it about 2 mo. ago and it still works amazing. I honestly had doubts of buying an open-box item; but, it was more than $200 less than the exact same model, so why not? It has been working perfectly, is the exact same in everyway as the unopened boxed ones, is as the described on Bestbuy, is ideal someone who wants a 4K TV for a small space, and for someone with 4K Gamiing consoles. SO WORTH IT! Highly reccomend it. It even still had all those unused subscriptions that come with some TVs!

Gorgeous picture, didn’t even need to purchase a sound bar because it sounds great on its own. The size and price were both perfect. Amazing how affordable these TVs are now.

I have moved into a new home and I needed to purchase 2 televisions: one large/high end television for the shared living area and a more moderate tv for my master bedroom. I chose the 40" Samsung because I was able to test it out onsite at Best Buy, was impressed by the visual quality and as well pretty good sound...but I did end up purchasing a sound bar because I was so impressed by how the sound bar took this mid-range television and made it into a home theater experience. I recommend this television as high quality visual for a very good price--and then if you want even better quality sound, add the soundbar.

High quality at an affordable price. Easy to operate. Super clear picture. Sleep timer function. Comes with apps. Works with Amazon Fire Stick. Love it!

If you are looking for a great High Definition TV that’s a breeze to set up and get into flawless operation this is it! The picture is tremendous and the sound is good too - so you really don’t need an extra sound system (unless you are dead set on getting one). I want to get back to how logically everything is labeled and designed...why didn’t companies start doing this a long time ago? Anyway, this TV is so good we are buying a 2nd one to replace our more “expensive” HDTV in the family room.

It's older model but it was for my boy and it works great, colors good and easy to use. Works great with his amazon TV box. Got RCA hookups.

This TV replaced a previously bought Samsung TV. The colour is vivid and the picture quality is amazing. Nice entry level UHD TV. Definitely happy we choose this model.

Very good price for a great TV. Sound is more than enough for bedroom setting . Better than I expected for such a slim TV.

Purchased on open box clearance for $136. It was missing the remote and the stand. At that price the extra warranty was only $20. Can’t beat that.

Bought this in BB store. Great picture quality, sound, smart feature works perfectly fine - you don't need any other streaming devices, all major services are there.

The 42" is the perfect size for our living room, the picture is clear and bright. I had to call Samsung to open out Samsung account and they were awesome!!!
