    Sound goes lower sometimes and won't go higher too easily. Should have been told 4K wasn't exactly included.

    ,,,you are viewing straight on. Ten degrees to either side and the color fades badly. I can't believe that Best Buy even offers this TV for sale; it is that bad. I gave it two stars only because the picture is okay when viewed straight on.

    Overall it's a great TV. The blacks are a little washed out, but only in really dark scenes

    There is no headphone jack and no Bluetooth connection for one.

      Dazedandconfused,

      I am sorry that you are having issues pairing your wireless headset to the NU7100 TV.
      You can connect the wireless audio devices to the TV by using the TV's Bluetooth function.
      Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Output> Speaker List

      If the TV fails to find a Bluetooth audio device, place the device closer to the TV, and then select Refresh. " When you turn on a paired Bluetooth audio device, the TV detects it automatically and then displays a pop-up window. Use this pop-up window to activate/deactivate the Bluetooth audio device.

    I love everything Samsung but I'm really disappointed in this TV. I had a 40 inch MU 7000 (A 2017 model) in which the screen cracked so I bought this TV to replace it. This is a 2018 model and the picture is far inferior to my old TV. In every aspect I don't understand why Samsung would market such a downgraded model a year later and add 1 next to it. Just doesn't make sense to me. I was hoping to get a better pic, seeing as if this is a newer model. But like I said in the title EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I'm on the verge on returning this n maybe go for a vizio or another brand (still haven't decided yet)
