Many times you can not understand what people are saying. The controls to not allow for settings to give a better, clearer sound. When coupled with a Samsung TV, the two take up too much space on a table because of the stand on the TV. Who ever designed this did not plan well to have the TV and Sound Bar fit together, unless you wall mount.

We're sorry to hear that you're not pleased with the subwoofer. We do have models that have a more powerful sub available for purchase on Best Buy's site or store. While it's not something that can be controlled from the TV remote, the Soundbar remote has a button specifically for adjusting the bass control. We appreciate the feedback, and we hope you're able to get something that best meets your needs.
