Great Sound System.

However, the connect that goes to the TV had a plastic cover over it that wasn't obvious and we couldn't get the plug in. Thinking something was wrong with the product, we called the customer service number and was told to remove the plastic cover.. Nowhere in the instruction manual does it say anything about a plastic cover. The instruction manual was read cover-to-cover by three competent adults. There needs to be something in the instruction manual about the cover, the average consumer does not know about these covers.

Best bang for the buck
