For the price i think that the sound quality is great. for a bigger crowd might need more speakers to be able to hear but other than that it works great.

Great sound, easy installation, can connect it to TV and gaming console at the same time. Works even better if you have SAMSUNG smart TV.

I'm hearing impaired and this system allows me to hear dialogue as well as the background music better.

Not as loud as I had hoped. Very easy to connect. No longer buying Samsung products. Customer service is horrible with both Samsung and Best Buy. I would buy a better sound bar and buy it somewhere else.

This one happened to be on sale at my local BestBuy shop. Didn't expect much, but have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Hooking it up takes a few seconds, love the preset schemes- the cinema mode works great for me. There are some things I wish were a little bit better( the subwoofer ) but for the price it's just fine. Love the remote, wish all of mine were like this. I can listen to my Apple Music app thru Bluetooth connection, no problem. All in all, I would recommend this as a entry sound bar to anyone who's on budget and want a decent sound

The soundbar is nice. It significantly enhanced the sound emitted from the TV. We can really tell a difference. The subwoofer is okay. I'm not sure it really makes a huge impact in the room.

Not a bad product at all for someone like me. I'm not that into sound and electronics, but I can tell it's made a vast improvement to the sound of my TV

Easy to use and set up. Great sounding surround sound without any issues.

It easy to setup, I got it for my mom and she was able to get it working quick. The amount of in/out connections are just enough for a simple use. I got it on black Friday and the price was good

Looking for a simple sound solution for my in-laws. They had moved to a smaller location, and are not tech savvy. I found the Samsung 400. The price point was where I wanted, and I trust the brand. The set up was simple, usability was easy, and the performance was great! I recommend this sound bar.

I have a very small studio and it is almost too heavy for my setting, but has a strong base and a good sound quality, it was a bit challenging to hook it the Bluetooth :$ but it works now.

Like the sound bar. Went with this one because it was inexpensive and the same brand of the TV. Not five stars because the subwoofer does nothing to benefit soundbar. Not sure if it was not set up correctly or not, but have tried to fix many times.

This was not the most expensive sound bar, but has reasonable quality for the price

Good sound looks great my problem is more with the Samsung tv. I can't use my volume control without controlling both the tv and the sound bar if I shut off the tv speaker. It comes up with an error message. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong

I bought the Samsung sound bar system out of impulse. I wanted a new but simple sound system to replace my old one. it sounds fantastic, and the subwoofer is loud. it goes great with watching movies and playing videogames. just awesome!

Great soundbar. Very pleased. Sales person was very helpful and recommended the perfect product for my price range. Would definitely recommend this product and Best Buy to a friend.

The sound system is ok for a bedroom but it max out at 40 which isn't enough to enjoy a movie in a living room.

Woofer is week but the sound bar is good, does not coordinate with my tv as advertised and verified by slaes rep before purchase, can not run wireless sound bar and tv speakers at the same time. That was why we purchased this unit

Has great sound as a start-up soundbar. Does have multiple ways of connecting to tv and enjoy the Bluetooth subwoofer. One negative is that the soundbar does cut out every so often.
