Sound bar is great but haven't heard the base unit

Was able to get sound bar Bluetooth once but it dropped off & haven't figured it out yet. Tried to contact on-line help but unable to get thru as of yet. That is disappointing, I have geek squad also but not sure if they help with this either.

The set up was easy and the look was perfect. However, the subwoofer sounded muffled and of lower quality as compared to some other models we tried in the store. We ended up returning and purchasing a sony.
