Does Not Work With Non-Samsung TV's

My daddy and I watch a lot of movies, so I though it would be nice to have that theater sound in our den. I hooked everything up correctly, but no sound was coming out of the sound bar. I called Samsung tech support and was told that the sound bar would not work because we didn't have a Samsung TV. I was not told t h is when I purchases it in the store. I was told that all I had to do was hook it up. Very disappointed. I ended returning it. Sales associates should be more knowledgeable. If you have TV other than Samsung, I wouldn't purchase this product.

I was wrong. Sound bar seems very weak in user interface not friendly

Product offers some great features and the sound is amazing. We are using ours in a small living room however the sound would be sufficient in a much larger living room space.
