(There were no long screws provided to attach to my wall mount.) I could have used more instructions for use. I pressed the mute button and my Spectrum tv became silent. Worked for 2 hours to get sound back to my tv. I haven't had any picture , color or line problems as others have posted. I'm happy with my purchase and would recoment this 43" Samsung Roku TV.

It work out very well I might say. HP PC that included an HDMI. For Myself the results turned out excellent. So I do recommend this Samsung 43" TV. Oh by looks of the TV is Crystal clear and the only way I can express how impressed I'm loving it. I purchased another one just like this one for the bedroom.

It has a clear picture and is the right size. I do not like the two legs the TV sits on. (Very unstable) Our other Samsung had one big stand in the middle. We really liked Scott, our delivery guy. He was right on time, complete professional, answered all our questions and set it up in about 10 minutes. He was Corvid safe and very personable. We were very pleased with him.

The remote and the system could be more user friendly. There are only two HDMI ports. There is no place to turn off the TV from the TV or to turn down the sound. Best Buy locked me out of my account so I wasn't sure when my 15 day trial was up. Therefore, I am stuck with this TV.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
