Slow Response Time & Unstable

Therefore, we decided to buy this model for our other house. What is better about this model is the picture quality and remote control, but it stops there. This TV regularly restarts itself. It is random, there is no pattern. It takes minutes to start up. From the time I turn it on and select an app to stream (I often stream the news in the morning), it is about five minutes by the time the app is actually streaming. Each click takes forever. The apps constantly crash. We do not have the app crashing problem with the other TV that is a year older of this same model. I did have Amazon Firestick plugged in, and stopped using it as a test since the Firestick has its own issues with responsiveness and stability, but the issues remain. The internet speed is also 100mbps faster where we have this TV, but the responsiveness is MUCH SLOWER with this TV. We had to get to our other house unexpectedly, which is located in a different state; otherwise, we would've returned the TV before leaving.

Please ensure your TV’s firmware is up to date with the latest software, which includes updates to improve lag. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance and address this issue with the self-diagnostic tool. This service checks memory frees unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

The quality of its abilities met my satisfaction more than I expected. In my opinion I feel like if you buy it you need to get the wall mount with it, definitely gives it an extra point. Ohh before I forget 1 thing I don't like is that it turns on my PS5 when I leave It on console and then turn of the TV.

They are an excellent brand and they last a long time. Very responsive and have plenty of internal storage for many apps to download. They have great sounds and amazingly clear UHD picture. I also love how lightweight and slim the new designs are and almost completely frameless. Great buy! Great price!
