Awesome 4K tv

The only thing that can get annoying is the Samsung plus tv app. The app will play in the background while browsing through the other apps, which will get a little laggy at times when scrolling through the apps. You have to create or login into the Samsung plus app in order to use the other apps. Awesome 4K television though

Great features and pic for a lie price

If anything is lacking it's good sound as with all sets these days. A sound bar is needed for that clear sound. Not best for gaming as refresh speed isn't that high. But for the price it is a great set.

Lasted 2.5 years - poor durability

After enjoying it for 2 years and 6 months, the screen suddenly went black while I was watching TV. Despite my troubleshooting efforts yielding no results, a call to tech support, thankfully with the help of Geek Squad, was necessary. I was relieved to qualify for a TV replacement, but I am hesitant to choose a Samsung TV again. My previous LG TV lasted over a decade, which speaks volumes. Keep in mind that seeking support for an exchange might lead to lengthy telephone holds.
