Excellent customer service from Best Buy at Jensen Beach store. Answered all my questions and provided me with great information as to the differences in brands and models. We love Samsung so that was our choice, I ordered this TV on line and Best Buy delivered it the next day. Great service.

Have you tried Device Care option? Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

The apps are a bit confusing and the remote desperately needs to improve for ease of use. We use this tv at night in our bedroom and cant tell which buttons to push in the dark. Actually it has too many buttons. Needs to be simplified, maybe a button that automatically adjusts to lower brightness and level of sound.

For some reason I had to connect it to my smart phone first before it could connect to the internet. It was kinda of annoying that it couldn't simply connect to the internet with the phone, but after that picture is nice and this will be my 5 samsung tv.

Bought this one for a guest room and have a couple in other spots in the house. Good price and decent quality. Our go-to brand these days. Easy set up. With WiFi you can go wireless and there are streaming apps onboard. No cables needed for smart TVs apps if you have WiFi!

Second Samsung TV

I mounted it to a full motion wall mount and it is the perfect size for this bedroom. The picture on these entry models is good and it was priced right. I plan to mount a sound bar underneath it in the New Year.
