Awesome TV!

I love that I can connect my devices like my iPad without my old Apple TV and there are so many great apps to add like Disney Plus. The only drawback is I haven’t been able to program the remote to completely control my cable services like accessing the guide, so for now 2 remotes always.

We bought it for our Flex/Exercise Room and we didn't want to spend quite as much as we did for the Den and Master Bedroom. Still, this TV has a wonderful clear picture with great features, We added a Sound Bar for enhanced audio.

If you have a samsung phone you can use smart view (see your phone screen on the TV) in seconds! I have tried casting from my phone to other TV's and with some TV network apps I see a black screen. Never happens using a samsung phone with the samsung TV.

Clear picture, unclear remote

I'm stunned by the picture and clarity of images. However, the remote isn't "universal" enough to handle FF and reverse well on shows recorded on my DirecTV DVR. Hence, I still need two remotes. Some day, out-of-the-box technology will catch up with our needs. In addition, having to create a Samsung account and log into it is a clunky idea.

Great for the price

I love Samsung quality, the color is beautiful, and set up was super easy. The only negative is that loading apps like Hulu or Netflix seems very slow. But for the Black Friday special price, I'm satisfied.

This isn't the greatest LED TV ever, but its great for the price and its connectivity to the Samsung IoT. Cons: a little cheap plastic-y feeling, built-in audio isn't great, internal SmartTV function a bit laggy.

We had the Geek Squad deliver, mount it and set it up for us. I highly recommend their service, the person setting it up for us was extremely professional and made sure all our questions were answered. Very happy all around with the TV and service from Best Buy.
