Good TV for the Price

It has lots of features and decent image quality. The issue we have sometimes is that the screen flickers at certain times (but not all the time). We have to turn off the TV and back on to get it to stop. We have another TV of the same model range we bought from Costco that does the same thing. It's not a deal breaker for us.

I've had this model for six months and picture just went out on me ant tv wont turn on now. I didnt like the fact the tv doesn't have any buttons to turn on so if you lose your remote or battery dies you are screwed. Picture and sound is good when it was working.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am very sorry that you are experiencing issues turning your TV on.
1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet.
2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service.
3) Try pressing the TV Power button at the bottom of the TV (it is on the center bottom right under the Samsung logo)

We will see how this second one goes. Not sure Samsung is the best but Best Buy Sales Manager says they are. We are willing to give it one more shot but just cautious when buying a Samsung tv.

Why would you want to spend $600+ for a computer monitor that is small and has less quality.. I love this TV and the 4k looks great!!!

Right size HDTV

Width to height ratio of this TV has the height a little higher than other TV's. This makes the overall screen larger. Good picture. Good sound quality. I did download the latest software. I've had no problems.

The problem I have is Samsung’s smart tv set up. Your home screen is basically nothing but ads and there is ZERO personalization. Can’t delete certain apps. Can’t select a silent background, instead it plays whatever random show it wants as the background and it’s incredibly annoying. Seriously considering returning it or just using my Roku instead. Ridiculous to pay so much money for something to still push ads in your face and give you no choices. Remote is also laggy.

Big problem with getting it work after Wifi off

The biggest problem is whenever the wife went off, you have to reset the whole setting and start it all over again. It's hard to get it working after the wifi shut.
