Only complaint is the horrible non-intuitive user interface! I guess Samsung assumed people would use a Firestick or Roku with it instead of the default system. I'm considering it, because it generally takes 10+ minutes to find what I'm looking for.

It has been a month and I have no complaints. I got it on sale and it was definitely worth the price! I would give it 5 stars but one time we had to power cycle it because the colors were not showing properly. I'm worried it might turn into something bigger but it is a "wait and see" situation for now.

My only complaint is that the tv is a little slow to respond to streaming apps as far as load time goes. I am hardwired with Ethernet so it’s not a connectivity or download speed issue and is clearly just a processing speed issue. It’s not nearly enough of an issue to bother me though

GREAT TV for a great price

You just plug it in and stream Xfinity with NO CABLE BOX. It is so cool to watch TV outside. Picture is clear and it is a great size. You can also watch Netflix or live Samsung TV. Best part is NO CABLE box...you stream cable from your xfinity account.

Setup was slightly more complicated than I expected, but still very manageable. The number of Apps was unexpected and I'm still exploring them. As mentioned this was for the bedroom, so a lighted remote would have been better.

I love my new TV, I snag a open box model that was perfect and saved a tremendous amount of money. I love the picture its very vibrant and colorful. The remote is the typical not so great one, but that's the case with most TV brands.

Happy w/ 43" Samsung Class 7 LED 4K UHD Smart TV

Also, set up was pretty easy... definate upgrade from my previous 32" smart tv which was fine but was 720p resolution. Also works well with the Spectrum cable TV app so we don't need a cable to get our cable !

I like that you can virtually download any app. However, I have had several issues with it lagging and I’ve already reset it a few times and I’ve checked my internet connectivity and it wasn’t that. Maybe I got a slightly defective one. I would give it 3.5 stars if I could.

Thank you for your purchase and review. The interface issue you are describing may be related to your network connection and quality.
We suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5G WiFi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
You may also want to try the Device Care option. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

My wife and I have purchased several Samsung TVs over the years. We have yet to have one die on us. We always end up replacing them by upgrading to a larger screen. We then repurpose the old ones by either giving them to a family member or selling them.

I've had this for about 6 weeks now and it has been great. Color is great. The sound is great. And the smart menu has very little to no lag. Nice thin body and really then bezels. No complaint.
