It was and is a great purchase and was a great experience and the young gentleman that took care of us was very knowledgeable on this TV.

Wonderful picture. I bought this for my sister who loves the TV. She loved the high quality of the screen and ease of setup, as she is not enamored with most technology products setup instructions.

This Samsung replaced another that died after about 5 years. This one is larger but doesn't dominate the room. So far we've been happy.

I needed a 43" tv for my armoire and they are really hard to find. This one fit great. I'm not happy with RUKU but the TV is not that bad. The sound is not the best but it's for a bedroom so no big deal

Although this TV does not get the highest ratings from consumer reporting agency's it serves my needs quite well. It has all the features I was looking for at a very decent price.

Great priced for the latest 2020 technology. Easy, fast setup. Tied directly to my Samsung Galaxy S8 for setup. Samsung support for questions is fast, knowledgeable and responsive - even Sunday afternoons.

I was quite pleased with the quality of this television, especially for the price. I use it as an extra television to view on my patio, as I can receive television service wirelessly with this smart technology.

Awesome TV. We first purchased a Visio but didn’t like the smart TVs features and was not friendly to use. Returned it for the Samsung and will not go back. Picture and features are awesome.

An excellent quality picture on this Samsung tv. Fits well in my small office. I really enjoy the added features on the remote for Netflix, amazon prime, and the Samsung channels.

This TV is super good, nice image and sound, it has Bluetooth so that you can connect your wireless headphones. the 4K is good enough for the price that you pay, it is not super high end and the quality is not as good as most of the OLED

Purchased tv about year ago for my back patio, have to say it has held true, sun doesn't interfere with the picture as I thought it would, has great color and sound qaulity.

Easy to setup. The TV gives up step by step installation. Beautiful picture. The only negative I have experienced is that sometimes when you turn off the television it comes back on in a few seconds.

I purchased this TV as a monitor for my home computer. It works just fine. 4K quality and you can watch Netflix without connecting to computer

Picture quality is nice. Setup was a tad confusing at first for connecting with my phone but it doesn't take to long. Best buy does send helpful emails regarding setup and tips for a safe setup also.

I wanted a Smart TV to put outside on my patio. This TV along with the bracket and cover were the right choices for us. I did have to load the YouTube TV app, but it was easy to install and works great.

I absolutely love my TV. The picture quality is awesome !!!! Definitely crystal clear. The speakers are on the bottom, so the sound sometimes have to be turned up a little more, that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars. Other than that, it’s a great TV.

Beautiful picture quality and extremely thin bezels. Certain apps sometimes cause the backlight to flicker. This usually resolves when the program changes but it is alittle concerning. Sound quality is very good. Dont even really need a sound bar
