Also, you cannot download Plex media server to this tv. So, we put the remote away and got a 4K fire stick instead, solved both problems. Not impressed with Samsung’s smart platform.

No thanks to the manufacturer (Samsung). Their (Samsung) service center is the worst.

Great picture and connected to the internet very easily. You can't go wrong with Samsung televisions.
