Decently priced 4K TV

The operating system is terribly laggy even for the volume control on the remote. I bought this tv to avoid getting an AppleTV but I’m not sure how long that will be. I connect to the internet via WiFi and it’s constantly saying the tv isn’t connected requiring me to turn it off and back on or even having to unplug and replug it. The apps are smooth once you’re inside them, but the operating system as a whole is honestly a disaster. Maybe look to LG if the Apple TV+ app isn’t a dealbreaker like it is for me.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. Should you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Customer Support.
The connection issue you are describing may be related to your network connection and quality.
We suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5G WiFi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

The smart system is alittle slow to react if you are a fast remote scroller

The one issue is this model year does not allow the ability to load the Spectrum app from my service.
