These quality of the image is superb. Size is decent for a small apartment. The system/software is just horrible. Slow and clunky to navigate. And then, what are you asking for $350?

Good picture and sound for the price. This size tv was perfect for the room its in. Wish the tv had optional center stand. Love it though.

Sound quality was a joke, i don't think i should have to add a sound ber for a simple bedroom television, but Samsung seems to think otherwise. Lack of apps in app store was also an issue. If i were to keep this television it would have cost more because i would have needed a firestick or a Roku just to have all my favorite apps, not to mention a sound bar once again because the internal speakers are a joke.

Samsung is the superior maker of tvs. Bought this online on Black Friday without seeing the picture quality and it still turned out to be a really nice tv!

This tv has a beautiful picture, sound is great. With the additional Samsung Tv channels makes it a great value. So far we are happy with our purchase of this tv.

Needed a 42” TV for my kitchen with good brightness, good reflectivity properties, and good viewing angle. This checked all those boxes. For what it is—a small, inexpensive TV, it works great. Bought a Roku, but now thinking I may not need it as I’m digging the built-in connectivity and the remote seems decent enough. Surprised by how loud it gets. Only negative is that the mounting holes are near the top of the TV. First mount I bought (Sanus) showed the brackets at the top of the TV when it was attached. Returned that one and found one that worked just fine.

I use this daily for my computer display, and provides a fantastic view with very good colors. Text could be a bit sharper, but it's still quite good.

I never owned a smart tv thought it was going to be difficult to set up. Piece of cake. Didn't have to worry setting up my apps most of them were already on the tv.

We needed a 4K UHD TV to be able to get access to programs via the internet without a Roku stick or firestick. This TV was reasonably priced and works great!

This television is great. The quality of the display is great and looks very smooth from the adaptive 120 Hz technology. I really do notice a difference as soon as I turn the tv on and start watching something. The only reason I'm giving this tv 4 stars and not 5 is because of the semi-lagginess of the menu when I'm trying to scroll through something with the remote, and the weird way that you connect things with the HDMI. Mostly, though, 4 stars for the lagginess of the menu with the remote that sometimes makes me click something I didn't mean to. I'm sure I just have to figure out the quirks with the HDMI settings.

Great picture for the price point! Using it in our basement on wifi to stream netflix and workout videos in our home gym recently built out since we are no longer going to the gym due to covid.

Getting it set up was not a good experience. The sales lady said to call her if we had any problems. We did and then said she didn’t do stuff like that and to call the Geek Squad. We did to no avail. They said to call Samsung which we did. After the third person at Samsung we finally got a little help. I ended up getting it set up myself. Very disappointed in the whole thing. Especially after getting a new IPad and new laptop computer too.

This is my first smart TV and I absolutely love it! It’s super easy to set up and operate. You can also sync your phone through the app or opt to use the remote.

Great TV. Great price. Due to slim bevels you get maximum screen size. TV might have been too big for a kids bedroom but I couldn't pass up the size and the price.

Great TV love the HDR 4K visual Quality of it, and the ease of access to my favorite streaming apps, all of this plus at a great price how can you say no.
