Something I just have to get used to. This is the first time owning a smart tv. It was super easy to set up.

This time delivered to the store. After two weeks the tv started doing strange things like turning off and on without picture or sound sometimes. I took it back and ordered another, this time to picked up at another store due to availability. The young lady that exchanged the tv was the best, just a pleasure to work with the best attitude considering the current situation. I finally got my new Samsung tv and it’s been just great. Thanks Best Buy
