Disappointed with Microsoft Programs on Dell compu

Yet, it may not be the hardware but the Microsoft programs that are causing "grief". The Microsoft program shut down Webroot today and no online solution could solve it requiring another trip to the store for "repair". Other issues also cropped up such as the lack of drivers to get the printer to function. The third problem was that MS Edge would not allow Gmail to function properly.
