We started off alright, but had trouble finding bolts to wall mount it - the screws that came with the wall mount we bought were too shallow and when I googled the size bolt this TV needed, I found them for $2 a bolt on Amazon, which ended up being too long. Not Samsung's fault but diminished the satisfaction a little nonetheless. As many have stated, the interface is a bit laggy in responsiveness. Then the weirdness started happening. Similar to others experiences, we got a weird picture that made the image look super psychedelic when the tv had been off a while and we turned it on. This could only be fixed by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Googled a solution to download an update but when I went to do it on the TV, it said I didn't have enough memory space. I erased some apps I had downloaded but it still said I didn't have sufficient space. I called customer service, explained the issue, and set up a service call to have it fixed under warranty. That was about 2 weeks ago when they said the technician would call me back to set the appointment. What's super strange is that the problem seemed to go away on its own, and to date I still don't have a service date set. Given all that, I think 3 stars is appropriate.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the TU7000 TV. I am glad to hear that your color glitch issue was resolved with an automatic update. If you have enabled Auto Update on your TV, your set will automatically update its software as soon as it is available.
To address the lag you have been experiencing, you may want to try the Device Care option? Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

My only beef is the interface for the smart TV apps. I had an error code 202 the other day but my internet connection was working perfectly. Eventually I had to reset my TV settings and had to go through the set up process again. Other than that hiccup it's a good TV and it works very well streaming apps like Apple TV, Peacock, Amazon Prime Video, etc.... Sound quality is just OK. If you want a theater experience, add on some type of external speakers.
