Awful Samsung TV

We love our Samsung SmartTV in the living room and made a poor decision in opting for a lower model version for our bedroom. It’s been 2 years and nothing but problems. We constantly get errors in the middle of streaming movies and have to start over (Netflix, Amazon, HBO) and have to reset everything. This is the only tv / device in the house with the problem (it’s not our WiFi). We have ruled out everything else. It is a. JANKY TV. Constantly reinstalling apps. The remote LAGS. The interface is awful. Very subpar Samsung product. Spend a few extra dollars for the next model up. This one sucks. (Picture and sound were fine)

To ensure performance is fully optimized, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
