Sometimes it takes up to 5 attempts to connect to a particular app such as Disney +, Hulu, YouTube....ect. I Have a Samsung 75” 7 series that is 3 years old with 0 issues....I don’t know what has changed, but this is not what I expected from Samsung.

I am very sorry to hear that your apps are not working properly. Please check your network connection. When the network speed is slow, the app may not work, or its image quality may be poor.
If your apps are freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version. Ver. 1410.1 (released on 11/4/20) is the current release.
