Regretful Buyer

The picture is nice, but there are several issues that make it difficult to use. The menu tends to lag, making the controls temperamental. The fast forward and rewind controls often freeze the program and I am forced to restart the whole tv. Lastly, there is lag in the internet which cause the programs to have buffering delays or lose connection to the internet altogether. I have two other TVs with streaming services in my office and neither have these issues, so I know it’s the TV. The Samsung TV I bought ten years ago also had issues keeping internet connection. I’ll never buy another Samsung TV.

To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
Regarding internet connectivity, we suggest you try the following:
-Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
-Try wired LAN if available
-Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router.

It is a sleek TV with a great picture. We had some difficulties with set up (and per my research so have many other people). We were unable to register the TV to Samsungs server. A Google search revealed that we could download the Samsung app and complete registration that way. Once we got through that glitch we could complete setup.
