I was assisted and greeted right away. I was shown a TV that I was interested in buying. We were able to find a TV I liked. Also had a swift checkout. Also TV was loaded into my car. Have 2 other Samsung TVs (65" and 46") which we love. Was waiting for this Toshiba to die, but the sale price on this 43" clinched the deal and timing. Another great TV!
